[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — substandard shoes | |
I had ordered nike 2018 kwazi green running shoes. Order no [protected]. What i received were a pair of totally substandard local make shoes. I had paid the cod amount of rs 2899. I immediately complained to snap deal with the invoice and the pics of the shoes. A reverse pick up was arranged for the same. Now i get a message saying delivery is arranged from a different supplier. The delivery was attempted today, but i refused to take delivery as i am yet to receive the refund of the same order. How can i pay twice for the same product about which i have serious concerns? Expect an immediate refund of my entire amount Was this information helpful? | |
