I purchased the above-said pruduct on line On[protected], vide order no-[protected]. I received the item on[protected] by xpress bees courier. On opening the packet, the item appeared Not tested, as such was not functioning. I noticed the fact to the snapdeal by e-mail Who in turn expressed their in ability for reverse pick-up stating that my address lies Outside their serviceabl area for reverse pck-up. And advised to resent the product through courier alongwith the prescribed Return form in original pack. The courier asked for their charges of rs250/=. The purchased item however costs rs 360/=. This is the example, how the maketing sights deceive custmer. I hereby request that i should get proper justice. Was this information helpful? | |||||
