[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — transaction failed and money deducted

Address:Khordha, Odisha, 751002

On 29th october i placed the order (Order no [protected]). I had paid online for rs 6673. But unfortunately transaction failed also money got deducted. Every time they are saying they are working on my issue but still not reversed my amount. As per their request i had also sent them my bank statement. But they are only seeking time. Help me to get my money back
