[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — unable to return a product

I ordered a wooden floating shelf from snapdeal and the product was not at all good. When you touch the product the color from it would be all over your hands and how could you imagine to place this over a wall, hence i placed a return but i received an email saying that this return request is cancelled and could not be returned. When i purchased the product, it was shown that it is covered under 100% payment protection, even now if i navigate to the product it says, 100% payment protection, i tried contacting them on their customer care but there is only ivr and i could not get in touch with them. Please do help

Updated by swetha1 I still have not heard from you. On https://www.consumercomplaints.in you replied saying some one will get in touch with me, but my issue is still not resolved. Could you answer my below questions.
1. Is there any limit on the No of return that you do in Snapdeal ?
2. If yes, have you informed this to the customer ?

How can you reject my returns without informing me that i would not be able to return the requests
