[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — unable to return a product | |||
I ordered a wooden floating shelf from snapdeal and the product was not at all good. When you touch the product the color from it would be all over your hands and how could you imagine to place this over a wall, hence i placed a return but i received an email saying that this return request is cancelled and could not be returned. When i purchased the product, it was shown that it is covered under 100% payment protection, even now if i navigate to the product it says, 100% payment protection, i tried contacting them on their customer care but there is only ivr and i could not get in touch with them.
