[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — unauthorized access to my snapdeal account

This is regarding my snap deal account which is accessed by unauthorized user using login with mobile otp option. My old registered mobile number was not used for long time hence mobile vendor has allocated that number to a new mobile user.

Currently i am using login with email id and password for login to snapdeal account and there is no option to update new mobile number in the snapdeal account.

Currently both the user login (Login with email by myself and login with mobile otp by unauthorized user) landing on my same account. Recently some one has placed order using my snapdeal account as well.

This issue has been addressed to [protected]@snapdeal.com but still no resolution.

Updated by Prince Suresh Thanks. Below are the two orders placed by unauthorized user using login with mobile otp option from my account. Please address this concern on priority. My saved account information including payment information is now exposed to an unauthorized user. Please address this non compliance issue with snapdeal account.
