[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Wrong and damage products received in replacement | |||||
I have order for 1 teddy worth rs. 629 on 15th sept (order no.[protected]) . I get delivery for same on 18th sept. But product deliver is different from my order amd also damage. I hve raise complaint for replacement on same day but product pickup on 21st sept and approved for replacement.(sub order no [protected]) Sub order placed on 22nd sept for same and i received teddy on today evening. When i open the box i totally surprised cause that product i sent back for replacement same piece delivery in very bad condition only outer packing is new. (Ref. No.[protected] I want claim my refund double amount for the same inconvenience 2nd time nd wrong commitment.
