[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — wrong item delivery | |||
I have ordered a product from snapdeal worth rs 1648 but received a different product. I have chosen the product return option but the courier team said they need additional permissions to take the product as it is totally different from what i have ordered, but they have updated the status as the customer is willing to keep the product. After that i have rescheduled the pickup but no has come to take product and there is no update on the status since then. I am trying to call and speak to there executive but the cc number only has ivr options only. The worst service experience of all the e-commerce sites. Was this information helpful? | |||
