[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — wrong item sent, no pickup, no refund | |||
I had placed an order for dune perfume by christian dior. I was sent an absolutely wrong perfume. I paid 4500 rs as online payment and they sent me some cheap perfume! Now there is no access to talk to these frauds and no one has even come for pickup. Looks like i wont get my refund either!! This site should be banned and the owners should be put in jail for cheating clients like this! Why can we not talk to customer service? Every other online site has a credible customer service help!
