Instead of the above mentioned laptop you have delivered a lower end model ASUS X553MA-XX064D NOTEBOOK (4TH GEN PENTIUM QUAD CORE- 2GB RAM- 500GB HDD- 15.6 INCH- DOS) (PURPLE). I complained and you took the wrong product again by reverse pickup but again you delivered the same product. Complaint Number : 15563364 In spite of multiple e-mails and pictures no proper response.
