[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — wrong product delivered and then closing the complaint without correct replacement | |
I had ordered a jeans pent from snapdeal. My order number was [protected]. Instead of the pent they dispatched me a car cover. When i phoned the customer service they apologised and said that they would replace the correct product as soon as possible. Now the courier guy who came to pick up the wrong parcel told me that he cannot pick up my parcel because it should have jeans pent inside. But i told the courier fellow that it contains car cover that is the sole purpose that i am returning the product. But he told me that it is mot his lookout. So i again phoned up the customer care and narrated my story. She again apologised and said that they would rectify this mistake and arrange for the pickup of the car cover. I waited for 2 days and after that they closed my complaint and i am now stuck with the car cover which i don't want. I feel snapdeal has malicious intent. I will not be poorer if you illegally rob of some 650 measly rupees. Butone thing is sure, i will never ever visit yoir site. People please be careful of these pick pockets like snapdeal.
