[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — wrong size shoes sending multiple times & replacement issue

I have ordered nike uk 8 size on snapdeal but they have sent uk 7.5 so i've raised replacement in which they have sent uk 8.5 as replacement. So again i've asked to replace with uk 8 which i've ordered but they refused to do & asking me to keep uk 8.5 size only they will not do any replacment. I have raised to ceo of snap deal kunal bahl but not response. It seems snap deal & their management is just cheating customers. It is fraud to customers
