I have ordered a mobile named panasonic t44, for which they did wrong promises of the camera from the day first camera is not working properly, according to them the quality of camera is 2mp and i am unable to see anything through that and for that they have 14 days replace/return policy and soon after delivery of the product i requested for the replacement of the product for which they have 24 hours time but after calling them multiple of times they are not replacing the product they are miss behaving and simply dening that we will not replace or refund your money. Today i have conversation with one of there excutive (Amol) he simply reply you can file a case in consumer court. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I don't know how many times I need to tell you what is the issue with the product and what happened after I raised a request for the replacement. More than 10 times I had already called you for the same reason and each call cost me more than 15rs.
