Snapfitness — injury caused due to unprofessional trainers and no response from the managers

Hi, i got my back hurt due to guidance of gym instructor.
i have been reported this to Whitefield Bangalore Branch (i have joined the Whitefield Bangalore branch) and generally trainers are only helpfull to the personal trainees.
I'm disheartened to see this situation for the brand.. I'm just requesting my remaining 7 months membership money I'm not getting response on that.

I would like someone to take action on the managers of Whitefield snafitness branch and get the response for my concerns
