I Bought a Fireboltt smart watch from snapmint in EMI and it stopped working in 10 days after receiving, so I requested for a refund or replacement and they replaced it after communicating so many days, and the second device which i got in replacement was stopped working in less than a week and i checked for a replacement again and which they declined and i asked me to go to the service centre, i told them that i haven't used it for a week at the least why would i go to the service centre and asked for a refund, till that time i paid two of EMIs out of Five, and i objected to pay the EMI cause i haven't used the device at all, and now they kept me in default and which effecting my credit history.
