[Resolved]  Snapmint — Refund and customer service


I kept an order in the online platform named KETCH on the date of 8 May 2023, by selecting the option of EMI through the application named SNAPMINT by paying the down payment of ₹190/- at the time of placing the order.
After a few days, I received the order on the date of 12 May 2023.
I felt that the quality of the order is not good and I just placed the return request to Ketch and it is initiated on the date of 13 May 2023. After I gave the product to the person who came to collect it, I got the Mail and a message as "Your refund has been completed" on the date of 13 May 2023.
After that as usual I waited for a few days, and I got no return of my money or any update regarding that. So, I have tried several ways to contact Snapmint customer service, but my experience is just vulnerable. It's been more than 10 days and the product that I returned also went back to their where house safely on the date of 16 May 2023. But still, I'm waiting and got no update and no refund. At least I'm just expecting some reply from them. At any cost, I just need my money back.
