I took one plus buds z2 in snapmint dated on[protected] . I have paid the intial amount of Rs- 720/- I got delivery of the product 3 days later and i have opened the product one bud is not working in the earphones I thought its manufacturing fault I went to customer care immediately and I went to check the product there they have observed the product and declared its a fake product I tried to contact your snampmint customer care immediately and no one responded and I have tried multiple times still I didn’t get any customer service from your side I have not paid from the second instalment as the product is defect and fake now. Because of this my CIBIL score got affected . I want you to clear my EMI amount as I am not obliged to pay the amount for this product and I want refund of my amount and damages for this otherwise we will see in the consumer court Was this information helpful? |
