Snapmint — Product not received even after 10 days even down payment is done.

I have ordered my product from snapmint on 4th of September 2023 and made the required amount of downpayment and I also set auto emi payments. It's been 10 day's from my order and I still have no updates on my order and customer service is not responding to any of my complaints.
