I received a fake product that I ordered through snapmint, i have shared unboxing video. It's snapmint responsibility to either replace the product or refund my money. I have tried calling on customer support number and they keep telling, it's under process and today they told it will not be replaced,
I have used snapmint platform to order so it's snapmint responsibility to resolve my issue.
On last call i was told that Amazon has Denied the claim so I have to keep it.
I have nothing to do what Amazon has said,
I have ordered from snapmint hence it's there responsibility not mine.
