Through this email i would like to highlight poor services been rendered at your showroom in miraroad – e.

I have booked lg 1.0 ton split ac from your miraroad showroom on date: 28th mar17 (On the day of gudi padwa), details mentioned below.

Lg ac model no – lg a/c jsq 12nuxa. Amlg / jsq12nuxa

However as per commitment from mr. Deepak (Sr. Executive from showroom) product was supposed to get delivered on or before 31st of mar17 but the days were passed & am left to count the days.

It’s been almost 9 days since i booked the goods from your showroom & also have visited multiple times to enquire about the same & my experience is horrible.

Requesting you to kindly initiate necessary steps to improve customer experience & help me to get the goods delivered on priority.
