Complaint number THA [protected] DATE 06/02/2017 Status- replacement of television not yet done. No one at the service centre as well as the dealer are able to confirm the day the television would be replaced. The guys at the service centre are not sure when the set is going to be replaced, if there is no stock for the same i am willing to upgrade to a better model also. I had purchased Philips smart TV model no 39PFL6570 on 16th January 2017, from Snehanjali electronics, Orion business park, near WONDER MALL THANE Invoice no- K623425D Voucher no -SLS3072230 Normal TV( satellite channels) are working very well The issue is with net related content, ( Playstore miracast not working )your technician had visited, and told me that the problem is with the software, but it could take more than a month to rectify it, which is not acceptable to me Was this information helpful? | |||||
