Hi.. I bought sony tv on 01/05/2020 from titwala branch at the same time requested for installation service. Sony service person came on 07/06/2020 for wall mounting but billing and tv serial number was different they refuse for installation and returned back. At the same time i called dg1 complaining about same but didn't got satisfied replied and my problem still not solved. Pls help me to whom should i contact for the same.
