Snl Packers And Movers — Not delivered items fully

I have taken quotation from SNL Packers & Movers to shift household items to Kannur. Initially they quoted 14k+tax, once they taken items to their warehouse they asked me to pay 27k for delivering the items, after many calls and influence the agreed to deliver the items for 21k. I paid and waited for 1week to get the items delivered. After that I realized that many items are missed, again I contacted them, they said few items are with them and they shared the photo as well. After that they are not picking the call and no response, I tried from different numbers as well.
