Snl Packers And Movers — Ntorq transfer booked with SNL not received yet

I booked my ntorq scooty to transfer from Bangalore to Assam last month on Jan 8...after much delay they took it to warehouse on Jan 10, they told it wud take 5800 including taxes but later they tild me to pay 8600...i paid it by force... intermittently i wud call them to get the tracking id or wen it will b delivered...they initially told 7 days but its been more than 39 days now...everytime i call they will reach in two days..now today they are asking for id card RC etc documents again n scolding telling i[censored] need delivery give me yhe documents...i had given it already multiple times to them..now when i ask the driver no. Or exact location of scooty...they cut the call..pls help what shud i do...shud i contact police?
