Purchased 2 sarees and 4 handbags from online shopping company snogtrend on 25/09/2017 and 26/09/2017 of rs 1897 via order no #5590, #5500 and #5498, the payment was deducted instantly from bank account as cash on delivery option was not available for purchasing, payment was processed through ccavenue/charge gateway, it was said that the information about product will be communicated via e mail or information can also be traced from the email of the company http://www.snogtrend.com

Contact info : 40159-[protected], but no information was provides after maailing and even phone no is not responding, more than 40 days have been lapsed but nothing has been delivered, on internet searching it has been found that many other consumers have the same complain, therefore it is a complete fraud company directing cheating on consumers with open mouth, kindly take it seriously and resolve the issue, either deliver the products or refunds the money deducted.
