Snogtrend — product not delivered to me | |||||
I purchased hand bags from snogtrend in september 2017, but still now it was not delivered to me. Product ad was showing on facebook. Now website url is showing wrong website address. I paid through paytm. It means facebook, paytm wallet was associated with it. This is a fraud. I have order details. Its have been four month. I want my product or my money back. I haved order the bag from the snog trend in sept Rs. 499 bt still it has so many days i had not got my bags even the customer care team is not responding.

Looted my 600 rs. Via online payment in Sept 2017, no product was delivered till date. I hv ordered 4 piece bag set, they confirmed my order infact.. but after completing the given time period for delivery I tried to call on their customer care but in vain.
I have bought a hand bag on on this website but it is a fake website which i don't know that's why i ordered a handbag, i paid online but i did not get my order so i want my money back. I have a very bad experience of the online shopping world. Please take a strong decision for these types of sites.
