Snoogg.com — Not received the refund of returned products | |||||
I have ordered 2 products from snoogg.com on 5th Aug. I have received the order some 20 days after I ordered.When I checked the product it was damaged and not upto the mark, so I returned the product using Professional courier service. Since then, I have not received my refund amount of rs1100. I have called snoogg.com many times but everytime they are saying we will transfer the amount in 2 days. They are not even worried to ask the consumer for their order no. I have added the attachment which contain the order details along with the professional courier receipt which I have used to return the produce Was this information helpful? | |||||
