I ordered 'snoogg winter is coming game of thrones 2537 case cover for xiaomi redmi note / 4g' amounting rs599 on 15th july 2016 via snoogg.com paid via directpay (Credit card).
The order was never delivered to me. I asked for refund on 25th july 2016 but till date neither did i recieve my order nor refund amount. There is no contact number/helpline number except for email id [protected]@snoogg.com which has not responded.

I have ordered 2 products from snoogg.com on 5th Aug. I have received the order some 20 days after I ordered.When I checked the product it was damaged and not upto the mark, so I returned the product using Professional courier service. Since then, I have not received my refund amount of rs1100. I have called snoogg.com many times but everytime they are saying we will transfer the amount in 2 days. They are not even worried to ask the consumer...

The people running snoogg.Com are real fraudsters. They are running a racket where they take the payment in advance and then dont send the product. Almost 99% of the customers leave this hope of getting their money back as the amount is generally under 500-600. One can imagine how much money these snoogg people make unethically as the customers finally give up the hope of getting their money back. Same case is mine. Below are my transaction...
