I have booked my flat in wing 18, after seeing the demo flat. After a year, when i went there to see my flat, i was really taken aback. Sobha has put all cheap tiles in the flat and there was nothing similar to demo flat. Please just get rid of the stuff in your mind that sobha is a brand. Sobha is just another fraud in the market.
