Somanatha Sharma — bus conductor's brutal behaviour

Dear sir
Jayachandran bus conductor, irinjalakuda dippo kl 15/9705. Rsk 238. This bus conductor was behaves without any manner's with passengers when we ask him why your bus is very slow. We asked driver why you raiding bus as slowly the 30 km /hour spread, driver said that ask to conductor. When i and co passenger's ask him he answered rash and negligence, and also said that we going only this spread, what can you able to do? He also said that which can you all want to do that you will all do but i don't care. I travelled in this bus 30th april 2018 9/30am from vadakkanchery to thrissur. The bus took more than 15 minutes late other 4 - 5 ksrtc tt buses. Could you solve this types problems hearasing of passenger's from ksrtc staffs i really want the solutions from your side as early could you can only do the repairs this sir yours.
