Sona Enterprises — about the misbehaviour & irregular delivery

Respected sir, Consumer Name :-Rasmiprava Mallick Consumer Number :- CX7485140 This is complaint about the misbehaviour & irregular delivery of the gas cylinder in our near gas agency whose name is SONA ENTERPRISES, A-72/2, Vasant Kunj, Delhi - 110070, Masood Pur, Cont nums :[protected], [protected], [protected] There is no proper delivery of gas cylinders and most of the consumer face lots of problems and also black marketing occur in the above mentioned gas agency. Last time I complained about this problem in the zonal office of INDANE but they didn't take any action.I am a housewife with childrens, oldage father with health problems.so I can't visit again and again to the agency..So we are fully dependent on the LPG for our daily needs.Under consideration of above mentioned problem it is kind request to you to send a team to see the worst condition of this agency.From when Modi Govt declared the subsidy amount would be transfer to consumer’s bank account, and from that month we are getting such negligency in gas cylinder delivery. I booked the cylinder on 14jan 2015, still have not received the cylinder.But this month I received 4sms regarding gas cylinder delivery with cash memo, but still I did not received. Again and again I called their land line numbers but every time they disconnected or did the number busy. At this moment I need your help and proper action
