I am Subhash chad. From Chhatarpur extension ram colony New Delhi-110074 residential I’ll complaint a login around 1 week ago to regard Indian Sona inter price staff provided short Lpg revived for this week but no one give reply I am very disappointed please take strict action to doing this things .

Dear Sir,
I am customer of Indian Gas Agency. My consumer No. is 13042. Sona Enterprises, telephone no is:[protected], 26893219, Vasant Kunj is my distributor. I always get delayed to get my cylinder by 6 days my booking for gas on 16/09/09 till i could not get cylinder. i have not get any answer by this agency, their behavior to customer is also not good. Please consider my problem.

Cylinder kits seal tuti hui thi change krne ko kha to mana krdiya or kha vasant kunj jake lo jabki 3 cylinder the firbhi nhi deye nhi or kehta hai ab nhi dunga tum khud jao agency gadi number hai dl 1l e 6874..
Or ye silsila kaffi time we chal rha tha gharpe sir mere mata pita hi rehte hai usi kha unohne fayda utha liya or har baar seal tuti hui de jate...

I am indane lpg customer consumer no.24383. My lpg distibutor is sona enterprises, a-72/2 masudpur village, vasant kunj, new delhi, distributer code: 107302. I booked cylinder on 13th feb 2017 booking no.465631 cashmemo ([protected]) generated on 16th may, 2017. I recieved sms from indane but the cylinder is still not received yet.. Pls do the needful...

I booked cylinder on 6th feb 2015 booking no.590243 cashmemo ([protected]) generated on 11th Feb, 2015. I recieved SMS from indane But the cylinder is still not received yet..pls do the needful..

for all SONA ENTERPRISES gas consumer ...pls change your distributor agency from SONA ENTERPRISES to any other gas agency..they will be much better from this agency..

This is complaint about the misbehaviour & irregular delivery of the gas cylinder in our near gas agency whose name is SONA ENTERPRISES, A-72/2, Vasant Kunj, Delhi - 110070, Masood Pur, Cont nums :[protected], [protected], [protected]
There is no proper delivery of gas cylinders and most of the consumer face lots of problems and also black marketing occur in the above mentioned gas agency.
Last time I complained about this problem in the zonal office of INDANE but they didn't take any action.I am a housewife with childrens, oldage father with health problems.so I can't visit again and again to the agency..So we are fully dependent on the LPG for our daily needs.Under consideration of above mentioned problem it is kind request to you to send a team to see the worst condition of this agency.From when Modi Govt declared the subsidy amount would be transfer to consumer’s bank account, and from that month we are getting such negligency in gas cylinder delivery. I booked the cylinder on 14jan 2015, still have not received the cylinder.But this month I received 4sms regarding gas cylinder delivery with cash memo, but still I did not received. Again and again I called their land line numbers but every time they disconnected or did the number busy. At this moment I need your help and proper action

Sona Enterprises Engaged in Blacking Indane Cylinders

Dear Sir,
I booked a Gas on 14/11/13. Cash memo is already generated and User portal is showing Gas is delivered on 24/11/13 but till date I did not received any gas Cylinder. I called to him many times they did not pickup phone . I mailed to him but he did not reply me till date. this type of report is showing that the Indane Gas Agency named Sona Enterprises located in Masoodpur Vasant kunj is engaged in blacking the cylinder. for him govt take any action to stop such activity ( i. e. Sms Facility, Online booking, IVRS Facilities, Transparency portal etc ) but his this type of activity will continue. how india can progress through this type of activity. This is to request all the persons should be aware and oppose at his own level to be an Indian. For your reference I am attaching here the Delivery Report from Customer Portal . This type of activity does not increase dissatisfaction against Gas Agency only . This also impact on Indane Gas also in a long term . you can see the complaints against this gas agency by typing sona enterprises in google search engine, facebook, consumer complaints sites and other many sites. You should take restrict action against this agency who is working like a hitler ( Germany Chancler) and cancel the agency with immediate effect and give to another who is eligible for this to maintain and increase your company credibility.

sir, today i have submitted a complaint against sona enterprises. this is my second complaint . kindly take action.SONA ENTERPRISES — lpg cylinder not received
dear sir,we have booked the gas more than week ago but till date we have not received the gas. my husband took leave on saturday only because the agency delivers only between 10to 5.i called the person who delivers the gas at home. he told that the gas would not be delivered today because the stock has not come.but he told that he would deliver it on sunday. but even sunday he didn't come. on monday there was same problem that no one was at home.
earlier when there was strike in your organization,i had applied for gas before that but when it was not delivered even after10 days i went tothe agency.they told that due to strike stock has not come.therefore they are not able to deliver. but at the same time there was a person who delivers the gas cylinders to the houses, he told me on phine that he can deliver with extra money. that means he can sell cylinder in black. the person belonging to sona enterprises can sell the gas in black but the agency had not stock to give it to its customers.
Also,the gas in cylinder they supply is less in quantity because we are three persons on average but the gas lasts in less than a month. kindly check it.
kindly ensure timely delivery of gas cylinders and strict action against the persons who harasses us and sell the gas in black to its own customers.

i booked gas on 28th jan 10 but delivery is still awaited. my consumer no is 33131 at sona enterprises. all efforts to contact them are also futile.

I have booked gas via phone booking on dt.18-08-10 but till date 15-09-10 not deliver the gas cylinder .my consumer no, K -13350 Dear Concern,
This is regarding very poor and shameless of Sona Enterprises Refill was booked on 5th of Dec, 2013 and its showing delivered on 18th of Dec, 2013 but till date on 21st of Dec, 2013 I didn’t get my refill people sitting in their office giving false information that refill is delivered within time but every time they are doing this and unfortunately nobody is taking action, for Complaint no. is [protected] but they are also helpless after 3 times complaint I asked customer care executive (Sir I’m doing complaint 3rd time for same booking which was made on 5th of Dec, 2013 is there any action taken because every time I register a complaint and you guys gave me complaint no. and saying sir you complaint is register if you do not get refill after 4 workings days you can contact us again but after 4 working days) My point is doing complaint after every 4 working days it is 15 days passed since I have made booking request on 5th of Dec, 2013 but till date 21st of Dec, 2013 I’m still waiting for refill delivery I tried to contact directly to agency also on. Sona Enterprises has a pathetic attitude towards customers. They made me run for two months when I approached them for a new connection. They always said they don't have gas or don't have stationary. The truth is they don't want to increase their work load (they will have to do the typing and the paper work). They also have a vested interest in keeping the black marketing of gas running in the area. If everybody gets the cylinders, who would buy gas in black?
Besides, their attitude towards customers is very rude.
I am planning to file a case against the manager of this agency as well as one Tikaram who sits here and keeps fooling customers. The case will be filed under the Consumer Protection Act 1986 for willful denial of service to an eligible customer.

My booking ref no 568274 dated 06-01-15 but till date gas cylinder is not deliver at home. This is the supply service in New Delhi.

Fraud
Sona Enterprises is a registered company in New Delhi. It is run by a person named Shesh Mani Missra. They claim to provide domestic help for home and they take commission for it. They charge Rs. 20,000 + One Month advance Salary from the customer. He grantees a domestic help for 11 months, in case the domestic help does not work then they would replace him/her.
We happened to be duped by this person as he charged the money from us and the domestic help ran after 20 days. Since then this person is not picking up our calls or replying to us. The money was deposited in his bank account, so we have his account details also.
There is a signed agreement also and we have the picture of the domestic help who had come to work at our place. We are based in Jaipur and when we compained to the police about this incident we did not get any response.
I believe this is an organized crime where these people are duping citizens by committing provision of domestic help.
Please suggest what can be done about this matter.

Underweight and leakage cylinder
Hi ,
I had booked a gas cylinder (Consumer No 28817 Sona Enterprises Vasant Kunj New Delhi ) thru net on 19/2/2010. Today some delivery boy came to my house and said that he has got instructions on his mobile for urgent delivery of the cylinder and delivered an underweight cylinder. My wife called me up later that he did not give any slip. He did not even weigh the cylinder. I do not understand how the things are going so rampant with no one to check that.
I had also made a complaint yesterday on this site tomogas.com but did not get any response.
I tried to call SONA Enterprises Vasant Kunj on the numbers but as usual they are always engaged or even if they ring there is no one to pick them up[protected], 26893219,[protected]. I tried atleast 30-40 minutes during morning 10:30 AM as well as 4:15 PM today. I then tried to call on[protected] but that was also busy.
The infrastructure seems to be totally out of order.
Can someone please address this concern.
