booked a ticket from Cochin to payyannur for the date[protected] through abhibus.com.according to the ticket the journey should be conducted by Sona Travels cochin.a guy from the travel's office told me to wait their (pickup point)itself .finally after 1 hour i contacted the particular bus staff and located the bus somehow, 10km away from city Was this information helpful? | |||

Worst bus service. I had booked my ticket on July 2018 through their website. They were late for half and hour. Due to rain on that day I was waiting under a roof. The bus did not even look after arrival for me for even 15 seconds and as soon as I called them they flew from the stop. This is what they do even after booking tickets.
