Me booked 3 tickets, was going to a condolence, bus time was 11.55pm, but bus dint arrive till 2.00am, cancellation options was also not available, me with two children was waiting on d road nearly 2 hrs n till this second no response from that travels side. The ph no, which was given to contact was switched off n driver dint attend d call, don't know what to do n standing n road, worst service i had ever seen....
