Hi,
I had booked a ticket from Kolhapur to Bangalore, at 3:11pm today. On contacting the travels, they had asked me to cancel my ticket since the bus delayed by 3 hours. Thereafter, on cancelling my ticket, I have not recieved a refund. I request you to reimburse the remaining amount since the cancellation was not my fault.

As per the act if I don't use the services or goods how am I not eligible for refund. And also my tickets being sold to someone as I dont board the bus

My ticket costed around Rs. 1499, and I cancelled my ticket one day prior to the journey, I booked ticket as their cancellation policy terms were good. As per their cancellation policy I must receive 95% refund i.e. Rs. 1425. which they also mentioned in the app while booking and also during cancellation. But after cancelling the ticket I got a message saying I will receive only Rs. 642.04. Which is mere 43% . I have been charged 57%. When...

I booked a tickect in abhi bus from hyderabad to Tirupati on date 3 nov 2020 but actually i want travel on 5 nov 2020 i mistakley booked ticket on same date. I paid 1730 rs for two tickets.so i contacted the ticket very immediately but i didn't get single rupee from abhi bus.so contacted to abhi bus help desk they didn't even giving respect to customer.

I have booked ticket on 16th June 2025 and the travel date is on 19th June 2025. When I try to cancel the seat on 17th June 2025, it is just giving 10% of amount, even I'm cancelling 3 days prior. I have called the customer care as well, but no luck
