Transport / bus ticket booking

I, Shaik Aliya Banu, booked a bus ticket through AbhiBus on[protected] and made the payment of ₹ 733 via [payment method – UPI]. The amount was successfully debited from my account (payment reference no: [[protected]]).

I have booked ticket on 16th June 2025 and the travel date is on 19th June 2025. When I try to cancel the seat on 17th June 2025, it is just giving 10% of amount, even I'm cancelling 3 days prior. I have called the customer care as well, but no luck

    Complaint about a trip which I did not taken.

    On 24th May 2025 i was supposed to board the KNR tours and travels bus from Kalasiya bus stop for OOTY and was scheduled for 9:30 pm. At 8 pm i got the message that bus will start at 8:30 pm but at that time i was stuck in Bangalore traffic and could not board the bus at 8:30 pm.     Yesterday[protected] i booked erode to bangalore ticket at krish travels by Abhi bus app. My Name J Nelson George, Seat Number W3, Bus arrived two 2.5hrs late, not only my dropping point kalasipalayam, but they dropped me off at Madivala and said that it will not go further. This is a very wrong approach, I request you to take appropriate action because when i asked the bus driver and his assistant about this, they respond very rudely.

        I booked Mahi Trans Travels on your app. Originally, it has to come at 4:20 p.m. in Miyapur. But, it has come on late at 7:30 p.m. Up to 12:00 noon in midnight, godava jarigindi. The reason for godava is cancellation of tickets by you and no good at seats. Bad smell and mosquitos is in bus. Some passengers made godava with driver and they get only Rs. 12, 000. 9 members are taking about bus cancellation. In bus around 30 members are travelling. Why they will suffer in 9 members. Hereafter, no body has to suffer with your service. How will you give same seats to another person? Why you have given same seat to another person? I faced the above problem also. This is very inconvenience to me.

            I had booked a ticket from Vrindavan to Delhi on 22nd September With PNR no - 6021935, and I was travelling from there. as this is my 1st time i was going to use this service with NUEGo so After my ticket was confirmed, I got the bus driver's number and I was new at Vrindavan, so I tried to call the bus driver many times to understand the Boarding point, but he never answered my call as you can see in the screenshot how they treated to customer.

            I called him multiple times and he talked to me very rudely manner for a very short time. (call details Screenshot Attached.) Even the bus was running quite late in the night and me and my female colleagues were wait alone on a deserted highway after a very little conversation.

            After multiple confirmation with the bus driver guide me some other boarding point i.e [Mero Vrindavan- Chhatikara ] and he also confirmed every time says yes, and please wait the location after the Fly over Bridge. end side. and i was start waiting. But after long times he called me from some other boarding point and he talked to us in a very unprofessional and rude manner and Phone cut multiple times every time i called him but he never did guide us properly, he is very bad man.

            and, as a result of which we missed the bus and my female friend was left waiting alone on the deserted highway in Night.

            due to this incident My female friend was very scared while waiting on the deserted highway. Due to this, keeping the security and women safety in mind, we had to immediately take another risk and we talked to the randomly cab driver and after lots of struggles one cab driver is ready to drop at Delhi safely at ₹7000 cash and he dropped us at Delhi at overnight.

            This incident was very scary, frightening and a very bad experience with Rudely driver. Due to a misguidance and rudely of the driver, I had to face a lot of problems. and pay extra charges.

            as this is totally mentally deterioration that we had face that night, only with unprofessional bus driver and rudely manner and misguidances of bus driver.

                Booked a bus from abhibus.com and chose the dropping point as isbt Chandigarh. The bus was already shallow and the charging points were not working when they had mentioned on the app that there will be charging points available. Then at 4am in the night, the conductor asked me to get down at Zirakpur highway in the middle of nowhere and this place was 14kilometers away from where I was dropped at. When I asked the conductor why aren’t they dropping me at isbt chandigarh he just said that it will be out of the way for them to drop me at isbt and they were headed for Shimla.I then had to search for an auto at 4am in the middle of nowhere and was feeling totally unsafe. And then they talk about women safety.

                I already got a reply from the vice president of abhibus operations but that is not helpful. The customer service representative was not at all helpful and until I found the email ids of the founders and mailed them they did not even respond appropriately infact they were totally indifferent about it. I want a written apology from the founders. Because they did not even bother to reply on the email. And a compensation amount for this harassment.

                  Booked ticket for v kaveri travels scania Volvo multi axle bus from kavali to Hyderabad through abhibus portal on 14th feb'24. But bus operator alloted normal sleeper bus with Volvo multi axle bus price. When I spoke to bus operator he is not provided correct answer. When abhibus executive spoke to bus operator they responded like multi axle sleeper broke down. Bus operator did not inform to me the same or abhibus partner also. Bus is very noice and I did not feel comfortable. But they charged more than 1300 rupees from me and my cotraveller paid only 850 rupees for this normal bus.

                  They charged extra money showing Volvo multi axle sleeper class while booking in portal. But alloted normal bus while traveling.

                    Traveled in Bus Type: 2 + 1 (42) PLATINUM SCANIA MULTI AXLE SLEEPER, AC, LED- AC from Hyd to Blr. a) This is bus is not for tall people (6ft or above). b) I thought I was lucky to get a double seat to sleep diagonally, as copassanger seat was empty and the bus assistant comes and says somebody will board after anathapur. I am sure the management doesn’t even know this bus works like city bus and he keeps adding people till the destination.

                    c) You get a message on whatsapp about booking but no customer service or driver responds to your call!!!

                    d) at 8.26 am when we reached near bangalore airport road, the bus stopped for an hour and later he said we need to change bus because of some problem. He started loading us into any orange bus without checking available seats..there were women, kids without seats being given. Few stood and came till bangalore.

                    Such horrible management, service by Oranage and Abhi travels.

                    Save yourself from such trouble and not travel by these buses.
