I booked Mahi Trans Travels on your app. Originally, it has to come at 4:20 p.m. in Miyapur. But, it has come on late at 7:30 p.m. Up to 12:00 noon in midnight, godava jarigindi. The reason for godava is cancellation of tickets by you and no good at seats. Bad smell and mosquitos is in bus. Some passengers made godava with driver and they get only Rs. 12, 000. 9 members are taking about bus cancellation. In bus around 30 members are travelling....

Booked a bus from abhibus.com and chose the dropping point as isbt Chandigarh. The bus was already shallow and the charging points were not working when they had mentioned on the app that there will be charging points available. Then at 4am in the night, the conductor asked me to get down at Zirakpur highway in the middle of nowhere and this place was 14kilometers away from where I was dropped at. When I asked the conductor why aren’t they dropping me at isbt chandigarh he just said that it will be out of the way for them to drop me at isbt and they were headed for Shimla.I then had to search for an auto at 4am in the middle of nowhere and was feeling totally unsafe. And then they talk about women safety.

Updated by Nnc12 I already got a reply from the vice president of abhibus operations but that is not helpful. The customer service representative was not at all helpful and until I found the email ids of the founders and mailed them they did not even respond appropriately infact they were totally indifferent about it. I want a written apology from the founders. Because they did not even bother to reply on the email. And a compensation amount for this harassment.
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the bus service provided by your company. Yesterday, I booked a ticket in Gajraj Travels from Sri Ganganagar to Delhi for my sister, who had an important interview scheduled for today. Unfortunately, the entire experience turned out to be highly disappointing and distressing.
Booked ticket for v kaveri travels scania Volvo multi axle bus from kavali to Hyderabad through abhibus portal on 14th feb'24. But bus operator alloted normal sleeper bus with Volvo multi axle bus price. When I spoke to bus operator he is not provided correct answer. When abhibus executive spoke to bus operator they responded like multi axle sleeper broke down. Bus operator did not inform to me the same or abhibus partner also. Bus is very noice and I did not feel comfortable. But they charged more than 1300 rupees from me and my cotraveller paid only 850 rupees for this normal bus.
They charged extra money showing Volvo multi axle sleeper class while booking in portal. But alloted normal bus while traveling.

Horrible service orange travels-abhi on Feb 16 2024
Traveled in Bus Type: 2 + 1 (42) PLATINUM SCANIA MULTI AXLE SLEEPER, AC, LED- AC from Hyd to Blr. a) This is bus is not for tall people (6ft or above). b) I thought I was lucky to get a double seat to sleep diagonally, as copassanger seat was empty and the bus assistant comes and says somebody will board after anathapur. I am sure the management doesn’t even know this bus works like city bus and he keeps adding people till the destination.
c) You get a message on whatsapp about booking but no customer service or driver responds to your call!!!
d) at 8.26 am when we reached near bangalore airport road, the bus stopped for an hour and later he said we need to change bus because of some problem. He started loading us into any orange bus without checking available seats..there were women, kids without seats being given. Few stood and came till bangalore.
Such horrible management, service by Oranage and Abhi travels.
Save yourself from such trouble and not travel by these buses.

Abhi bus informed they cannot cancel ti cket as per their policy . This is like cheating a customer and hiding things and cannot provide refund even cancelling before 2 days of travel.If a customer is unable to travel then they should be able to cancel any ticket.

Abhibus Cheating by cancelling the Tickets at Last minute and selling the same Ticket at Double prices.
This cheating happend several times to several passengers
Government, Incometax Dept. GST dept and other departments need to take stringent action for these type cheatings.
After this cheating, Abhibus not paying the GST and insurance amount also for cancelled tickets.
Inside the bus 2 berths are available with the same number
as 1a and 1b.
Are they paying Income tax for both the berths.
Incometax department need to do investigation on these cheatings
