I purchased a water purifier from Sona water solutions bangalore and i had very bad experience on getting the service. My water purifier gave the problem after 4 months and its been one and half month they couldn't resolve the problem. I have been calling their service person, owner, back office co-ordinator and sales executive mobile no but none of them are responding over phone, i tried to reach one of them from another no and they picked the phone and made a false commitment to send person by next morning, but no luck. i would suggest all of you to not to buy any thing from sona water solutions as they are selling duplicate parts with no services at all. fake company with fake peoples Company contact: [protected]
