Aquagrand+ water purifier was purchased on 31/10/2020 from sona water solutions. It stopped working on nov 2nd 2020, we called sona water solutions from then there is no response and resolution until today....

I bought water purifier from Sona water solutions Bangalore in the month of Jan 2020 and i have very bad experience on providing the service. My water purifier given problem within 4 months and once i serviced and paid for it again it started giving problem with in 3 months and now engineer is asking for Rs 3500 and says no warranty and need to take AMC but im trying to reach there office numbers updated in invoice always switched off and...

Installed this filter hoping for the best drinking water. But past from 1 month im facing lack of customer support form this agency as the filter needs to be serviced. And the drinking water is completely unhealthy. Requesting them to send their people for service but no response. Who will be the reason when we fall sick due to such unhealthy drinking water?...

This is the 2nd time i am complaining about this but no one is taking this complaint seriously... My water filter is not working and have called 1 week back but till now the service person is on the way, when ever i call him he says i am on the way to your house only but no one turned up.

I bought one water purifier in 2018 april month. Last month (October) the main filter was complaint. Then i called the service center and mr karthik (Service manager) sent devaraj (Technician) for service. He changed my filter with an old filter and charged 900 rs for that. Installed new UTC model RO, but since next day it started leaking and dust particles are also found . Machine does not even switches on some time.
Even after regular follow up they do not provide service.
Their service engineer visited after 1 week follow up and confirmed that machine has problems and need to be changed..
They are not responding to calls...
