Sona Water Solutions — complaint pathetic service aqua peel (sona water solutions)

I stay in Ananth Nagar Huskur Gate electronic City 560100 where I have requested the service for water purifier. The agent Devraj (Mobile No : [protected])visited from Sona water solution to the property and compelled me to buy AMC by paying 2500 rs. I have asked what is the issue and what is causing the problem which he failed to answer and asked me to pay money which we have denied to pay. The agent checked and removed the front part of the water purifier and showed the filter which was turned black. I have asked him it causes only 350 rs and the last service was done only 3 months before.The agent removed the water and spoiled the automatic switch in the purifier and said its blocked, the agent was very rude.I called the office and spoke to karthik who asked him to come back and he left home with out fixing the issue and damage stating its blocked and nothing he could do.I have called the sona water solution office again and they confirmed that they will send another adviser called Sanju (Ayaz)who was new and do not know what is the issue. Hence we spoke to manager name called Karthik ([protected]) who promised to send the new senior technician. Guess what they have sent the same agent DEVRAJ who visited the property again who said that we have to pay 1500 rs and it will fix the issue and changed the items. I have asked what is the fault he showed me the filter and other items. I have asked Devraj why he is not changing the RO which he confirmed that it is perfectly fine and salt water is due to carbon and other Items and requested me to wait for 1 day to get the normal and sweet water. I have waited and checked the other day but found the water is still salty and complaint again by calling Karthik the manager who promised to send the new technician name Deepak (Mobile no :[protected])and also in charge of my area. He visited the property and said that the actual fault was in RO and other items where perfectly fine and need not to be replaced. And asked me to pay another 1750 rs. I have declined to pay and he left stating that we need to contact office again and asked me to give written complaint which I have done but no response from Sona water solutions still waiting from past 2 weeks to get the issue fixed. Absolutely pathetic service will not recommend to anyone going forward.

I would request you to kindly refund 1500 rs or else please fix the problem Its been 2 weeks and buying a water can on a daily basis which is costing me 40 rs on daily basis.
