Purchased samsung washing machine 80k54eoww vide inv. No. Se-370 dated 18/04/19, under gift promo offer of samsung a30 mobile phone. We were asked to collect the promo offer in one week's time. But till date the offer is not made available to us. We contacted the local show room several times in the past week only to receive vague & evasive responses. Sometime we were told that the manager concerned was on leave and hence the product though available could not be issued. To day we were asked to visit the centre only to be told that the we have to wait for another week. We fail to understand this kind of irresponsible, impolite, totally unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour on part of sonovision staff. Can anyone explain why did the staff ask us to visit the centre when we called them up on phone to check the status just to make sure that our time and effort in visiting the center for the referred purpose does not go in vain.in the end, we wish that we had not purchased this product from sonovision.
