We buy every product in sonovision only, but i am not at all satisfied brought dish washer in emi in vizag and asked them to deliver to guntur address thry said 3 days it will take it has been 7 days syill no proper information this is not at all fair. So if this happens customers dont get satisfied .

Not at all satisfied. No one responds at all. No clarity between show rooms, no immediate delivery, they are not giving appropriate information at all to customers .if this is the way customers will sue

Hi this is M.Kali vara prasad purchased Crompton Air cooler from your sonovision showroom which is located in Eluru road vijayawada dated 12/04/2019 vide invoice no. SVN SL-567. My complaint is that, cooler is not working. I have taken it two months back and one year warranty is there for it . I am calling your branch and there are not responding properly(There are not lifting the call only). Kindly solve it as early as possible.

I have buy v guard stabilizer in sonovision kottipalli bus stand rajahmundry .i am pay money indusland credit card in 8 june this month money approved to sonovison account but not swipe misson slip in swipping .In that casher cannot accept to take product .amount will be return in 24 hours but after complete 24 hours money cannot be return .sovovision management cannot tell any information and cannot lift my phone

Sir, your shop is very good for middle class people but ur staff is not responding properly. I purchased ac from your shop. After four days i am trying to contact for installation but nobody is not giving proper responce. As they are giving the products for free.. And the delivery of the product also was very poor.. It been 3days that i purchased product but i didnt received the product yet... And they are not delivering the product on the timings which customer mentioned

The customer service was very poor.. The response of the staff was very worse and irresponsible, there is no one to greet or atleast no one to provide information regarding the products and.. The way they reply to the customer was very vulgar.. As they are giving the products for free.. And the delivery of the product also was very poor.. It been 3days that i purchased product but i didnt received the product yet... And they are not delivering the product on the timings which customer mentioned..

I have purchased ac with 37000 3 days before by taking loan from hdfc, unfortunately no one is coming to install from your side in the morning times, yesterday night 9 pm two persons came, they could not install because of dark light, they went away and said that tomorrow morning 9.30 they will visit, just now i called them, they said they went on another appointment, they do not know when they will come, they said they will call before coming, i asked tthe time they said they do not tell time, like this if you come night times and do not fix then no use, i found worse electronics experience with you, i hope at least now you will give needed service.

I called sonovision executive who promised me installation in 2 days, now he is saying he is not responsibility for installation, he is saying now he is only responsible for sale and delivery, thanks to sonovision, i will not visit it again.

I had purchased a 551 LTE Samsung fridge and a 7kg Bosch washing machine from sonovision, near diamond park, dwaraka Nagar, vizag on 25 Dec 16. bill no. SE- 13184. I have been delivered the display model without my consent and that too with a broken key lock. Despite of filing a complaint in there showroom by visiting them and also with Samsung.. the problem is still not rectified. The company is not taking the responsibility at all now.. and not responding properly.

The service at J.N road branch of sonovision Rajahmundry, AP is really poor. We bought a tv 20 days back at this showroom . After paying the cash, they told us that an airtel dish would be installed along with the T.V in 2 days. But 20 days passed by and they hadnt installed any such dish. However on contacting them they either blame the airtel members or tell some cock and bull stories. It has been almost 20 days and still our complaint is not rectified. Contact no. [protected]

I purchased 3 acs 2 samsung and 1 career a. c

It been taken in june 2016 till now career a. c installation had been not done

And teh technicinas and call centre people are so rude and so harsh tehy are least bothered about anything


When i purchased 40 000 /- rs a. c why is hsd pay for installation?
For installation tehy are asking to pay money

I dnt understand what type of company is sono visiosn, illeterate staff calls in rough language and speak vulgar..

Being a company ceo and founder i need tos tep in fro a a. c installation so imagine what type of service the company provide
