Anytime there is an issue regarding electricity from our home, we complain the government office to mend it. They send their men to check the transformer and for that they always demand a minimum of Rs 300 or more. We constantly say them that its a government job and they are bribing us but instead they threat us that they will not supply electricity to our house or worse cut it for 2 to 3 days. This is the issue of Jamui 811307 electricity office. I would be obliged if you take strict actions against them please.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    There is an issue while installing meter at my place.

    Online application form was submitted on 22-March 2021 and verification was also done on 14th April 2021.

    Also someone came to my place 2 times but they are denying to install the meter at my place and they are arguing to me.

    I want to know how much time will it take to complete installation at my place.

    Request you to please help me out and take action against whoever is doing delayed to install the meter.

      I submit the request 20th march online to meter disconnection but still not done, and sending bill for march which i not used my wife went 17th April to main office transport nagar Patna they tell him link fail come Monday ( 19th April ) when she went Monday gopalpur office one of madam ([protected]) tell link fail come Thursday, then I call her and she talk nonsense,
      please do needful to disconnect meter connection and teach to your employ how to handle customer.

        I applied for a new commercial Connection on 8th of March 2021, it's been one month still I didn't get the connection, I'd registered a complaint also on 5th of April and they said my meter installation time is 9th of April but still meter is not installed and when I speak to consumer representative they ask me to wait for 2 weeks more and disconnected my call. This is so frustrating. Kindly help me out.

            Sir,
            I am Ram Ranjan Kumar (mobile [protected]) and my brother residing in Mansoura village, Block Ramgarh Chawk, Distt-Lukhisarai. Whose wife Tunni Devi have a electric connection and CA No.[protected]. I make a complain (complain no.[protected]) on 11 February 2021. My electric meter wire has been broken from electric Pole due to this power supply has been disturbed and I am living without power supply for one month. I have call at [protected] many times but not problem has been resolved. Those person who is responsible to this work are careless and did not solve my problem. You should take a action against these responsible person and resolved like these problems of this area

                On 17 th january 2021, live wire which have 220 volt had been cut off into two part and this wire is lie at the middle of the road in our village. We have done online complaint no. [protected] but still their is no any proper response from them and when we call them on 18 th january 2021 we get to know that our comlaint has been closed without any repair.
                Please solve our complaint as it is very dangerous for life of village people. For this I will be grateful to you.

                    all process has ben completed but bill is not added in this process please add the bill process to continue the the whole process my father is very old person how can he pay the total amount of dues of four months please respond to my compliant as soon as possible other wise i have no option except going to consumer court

                        which showing wrong electric reading and Electric Bill amount much higher than the normal usage. We request you to replace defective meter and adjust the paid higher amount to SBPDCL.

                                However, the said amount is being shown outstanding .as per the message received today.

                                  Wrong amount included in my new connection Consumer I'd[protected].Name BIMLA DEVI.
                                  As per government rule no any extra other charges will should be recovered from consumer in new connnection. But in the very first bill an extra bill as like Rs 960.50 in the column of other charges has been included.
                                  So kindly rectify and rezenerate the fresh bill for earlier payment.
