      On 18 sept at time around 9:00, because of your power malfunction, i have faced loss. My refrigerator, laptop charger, laptop, mobile chargers (2), two tubelights, 2 cfls are gone.
      I hereby please request you to either replace, compensate or do anything so that my problems gets clear.
      As i and my brother has exams and my work cannot be done without my laptop, i hequest you to look into this matter and solve it asap.

        Sir, I am an electricity consumer of South bihar power distribution Ltd.
        Sir my meter was installed in December 2019 and after waiting for nearly 10 months, I got my electricity bill of a whopping amount of 19483/- on 26th August 2020. It was asking me to deposit the full amount till 10 September to avoid the late penalty charges.

        I deposited 5000 rupees on 28 August 2020 in electricity office and To deposit the rest amount of 14483/-, I went to the electricity office on 9 September 2020. But there, the staff told me that he has not enough balance in his account to pay the bill online. He told me that he will collect the amount from my home in evening, but despite calling him several times, he didn't come to collect the money. I called him many a times even other days also, but he didn't respond.
        So, After waiting for 4-5 days, I went to the electricity office to deposit my bill of 14483, but there I saw that an amount of 250/- rupees has been added in my bill as late fine. They gave me a new bill of 14733/- rupees including the late fine of 250 rupees even when it is not my fault.
        So, I request you to please look into this issue, take strict action against the local office for their irresponsibility and resolve my matter o[censored]nfair late fine as soon as possible.

          I have got wrong electricity bill for Aug 2020. Generally every month electricity charge costing approx Rs. 200-400. But, in August 2020, I got wrong electricity charge Rs.4985/-Meter reader comes to home every month and handover bill after checking meter physically. It may be noted that I am depositing bill amount on time regularly. All of sudden variation in meter reading is neither clear not justified.

            Problem :-
            There is no line connection from the existing installed transformer to my farms. I reported this to the block officials and they began installing the connection from the transformer. However, following two people of my village namely - 1. Dhananjay sharma (S/o - late shri krisun singh) and 2. Vaidyanath sharma (S/o - kapil deo singh) are obstructing this government authorised procedure. They have locked the transformer and are torturing me to pay them in excess of 10, 000/-. They are claiming that they have got this transformer installed by paying rs. 50, 000/-, which in itself is unlawful. This is hurting all my farming processes.
            Resolution:-
            I will be highly obliged if you could kindly look into this as soon as possible and get my connection established.

              I have been complaining for incorrect meter reading for the last 6 months now(including July).

              The matter is as follows:
              My house has been locked from the time the meter was installed, i.e, September-2019 as my family is currently residing in Delhi. So, no units are consumed. The consumed units till January-2020 was 0 which was correct. However, from Feb-2019 onwards the consumed units were unreasonably high.
              This is how the bill looks like:
              Feb- 387 units(OK)
              Mar- 412 units(OK)
              Apr- initially 72 units(PL). finally 172(PA)
              May- initially 541 units(OK). finally 369(OK)
              June - 514 units(OK)
              July - 716 units(OK)
              August - 677 units(OK)
              Each complaint shows RESOLVED. But the point is that there should be 0 units consumed if no one is living.
              Why do I have to pay even 1 rupee if I am actually consuming no units??
              Please see what is going wrong as it is completely beyond my understanding.
              I am also attaching the latest bill.

              I hope the right decision is taken as fast as possible!!

                I had taken electricity connection in jun 2017 for completion of construction work in my new house. Since then, i used to regularly pay my bill ranging from rs 400 to rs 800 per month which was accrued due to the construction work as no one stayed there. After lockdown, construction work stopped. On 11th june, i paid a bill of rs 421 for the month of may. Till then things were fine.in july 2020, i received a bill for rs 17000 approx and for august, rs 10500 approx which was very abnormal. I request you to rectify my bill and do an average of my past bills as it is really unfair for me to be paying this when not even a single person is residing there and the house is still vacant.

                  सर जी, मेरा नाम अकाश कुमार है, मैं सबौर ( भागलपुर )का निवासी हु, मेरे घर में सिर्फ 4 मेंबर है! मैं, मेरे पिताजी, मेरे माता जी और मेरे भाई, बाकी सभी बहन की शादी हो गई है ! मेरे पिताजी एक कारीगर आदमी है जिनका काम है कारीगरी करके पैसा कमाना, जिनसे हमारा घर का पालन पोषण होता है! सर जी मेरे घर में ना तो कोई एयर कंडीशन है, ना कोई हीटर है, ना ज्यादा बिजली की खपत होती है, बस हम लोग छोटा सा परिवार है जो हंसते खाते परिवार है!
                  सर जी मैं आप का बिजली बिल हमेशा महीना पर भुगतान करता हूं, लेकिन हर महीना की बिजली बिल बहुत अत्यधिक आती है, जोकि सरासर गलत रीडिंग के कारण आती है, ना तो मेरे घर में कोई फैक्ट्री चलती है, ना कोई एयर कंडीशन है, ना ज्यादा बिजली की खपत होती है, फिर भी हर महीना की बिजली भी बहुत अधिक आती है, जो कि गलत रीडिंग के कारण आती है, मैं चाहता हूं आप इस पर तत्काल कोई कार्रवाई करें जिससे मैं आपका सदा आभारी बना रहूंगा, और मुझे सही बिजली बिल भेजा जाए, जिससे मैं भुगतान कर पाऊं!

Je mokama ka bhi number pe call kar rhe hai. Woh v call receive nahi kar rha hai. Bill lete samai to pura paisa loge. Aur bill badhakar hi diya jata hai bill. Time to time bill pay karta hu.                       I have been complaining a lot about the electricity voltage in my area and i did numerous number of complaints online. They call once and they ask about the same problem and they keep the phone down and after that complaints status is closed when i check it online. Where should it be escalated in order to avoid the closure without action..

                      This is the last complaint number which i did but same is closed without any resolution[protected]

                        I used to pay online bill every month before due date.
                        In jul I hv paid 2914 rupees on 10.07.2020.
                        But in next bill one additional charge of Rs 4828 is there.

                              Sir in my area (Behind pnb paraiya, gaya) no any box is installed on the pole and no any connection is given from the pole it is just like anywhere cut and hook system and it is absolutely wrong and it becomes disconnected all the time and we use stick to proper current flow even in mid night but the box is installed in neighbour market. I called many times to ess paraiya but he not received my call from 6 months.
