Payment kiya hai but meter reader 5 month check kiye bina online massage ka payment kiya tha new meter chenge karne ke bad october me 5 month ka unit 1 month me dal diye. Application bhi diya jee next month bolte rahe but payment ka deduction nahi hua. Fine ke sath bill aata hai jisse tourcher ho raha hoo. Complain id[protected]

I would like to say that the electricity open wire are passing on road through tree which is very dangerous for person who is entering the home or who is passing the road.
It is requested to change the wire to cover wire on priority basis so that nothing will get mishappening to anyone.

In rajiv nagar, road no.-17, patna a consumer named ramesh chaubey is residing. He has taken a iron pole in his premises and a halogen bulb is fitted in it. But power connection has been taken from main pole which is third pole. He is using personal light but power is being used directly by pole. Thus, he is involved in power theft from long times. When public of this road complain about this to him. He replied that he has purchased pole personally and fitted bulb personally. He is residing in kanchan bhawan, road no.-17, fifth building from main road, rajiv nagar, patna. Hence, kindly take necessary action immediately from your end.

I am a retired person from mithila colony, in the month of feb - 2019 applied for electric pole near to my home. Mr. Pathak (Jr. Engg.) told me it would be installed in next 15 days, but years had been passed there is no pole installation till now. Last week i went and inquired about pole installation, from mr pathak, but he talked very rudely and ask for the bribe for installation. The money, he asked me was rs 10, 000/- for two poles. The electric wires near my home is supported by bamboo pole, which could be dangerous for anyone in the society. So i request you to look into the matter asap. I need your support and guidence here. Please help me out. I have attached the application copy for your reference.

Sir, i have taken new electricity bill in the name of smt nutan kumari gupta.
in balaji nagar chotki nawada gaya district in road no 06. my home is closed from november and my electricity bill is going to made average. so request to you kindly change electricity bill as per meter reading

मैं ग्राम धेवधा, पोस्ट धेवधा, थाना पकरीबरमा, ज़िला नवादा बिहार का एक किसान हूँ । बिगत कुछ दिनों से खेतिहर ज़मीन में सरकार की तरफ़ से बिजली पोल इन्स्टलेशन का काम करवायी जा रही है । कॉंट्रैक्टर और कुछ ग्रामीण लोग मिलके सभी ग्रामीण किसानों से बिना किसी कारण ३००० रुपए बसुल रहे है । पूछने पे की ये पैसा किस लिए चार्ज किया जा रहा है तो बताते है कि पोल इन्स्टलेशन तभी होगा जब आप पैसे दोगे ।

मुझे कम्पनी से सिर्फ़ जानकारी चाहिए की उपरोक्त जो भी बसूली कॉंट्रैक्टर ग्रामीण किसान से कर रहा है वो वैध है या अवैध ? अगर अवैध है तो आप बताए हमलोग क्या करें कहाँ जाए ?

Looks like Earth wire is connected to wrong supply. Resulting all appliance to work even switch is off.
For example if I switch off light, it still remain on.
It started happening since a pole fall down recently and repair work was done. All the wires were reconnected.

We told that power is fluctuating and several sparks were observed at house. Still they are taking this so coldly and not responding properly. I have applied for a lt connection for 50kw. Transformer is installed and wire is laid down. All these process was completed in approx 2 months. Now its time to istall meter and provide connection. The due date was 21st september when the power was to be provided. But i dont know why the same is till now not in position. Current status - meter is sent for testing to munger district. This is the status from last 7 (Seven days). I am unable to understand is that, the tat being taken for testing meter is genuine? Please follow up asap and kindly get it done on urgent and priority basis.

Pl arrange to remove the overhead distribution lines existing in sachidanand nagar airport tilkamanjhi bhagalpur, as most of the consumers are having hanged distribution lines in other personal premises and many times they have requested to shift the all distribution lines to the sbpdcl post. This situation is only due to unavailablility of electric post. Many times they quarrel and remove our connection lines and ultimately we all resident of sachidanand nagar airport tilkamanjhi bhagalpur feel difficulties. However the sbpdcl already shifted all this type of connections into insulated wire with electric post but unfortunately our muhalla is untouched. So pl do the strong initiative for early rectification. Thanks

Bamboo pole. Most of time wire are loose and touch the moving people.
It's dangerous for people.in rain season more dangerous for us. Most time bamboo pole are broken it. The wire are touch the ground in night.

Sir in my area There is tranformer failure but thereis no any initiative done by any electricity department members. Sir what will us do.. We don't have drinking water. There is so many issues.. No one is taking initiative...
