Powercut is rising issue in gaya city. Since i am preparing for competitive exams, i need proper electricity to study in such a hot climate. Please if you are unable to provide proper electricity, transfer it to power india, best service provider for 24*7 current. More than 7-8hrs electricity is absent. In specially vishambharpur there is big problem of power supply. Most of the time voltage is disturbed and very low. Sumbersible moters not work only because of low voltage causes.in summer night power supply is not provided. This time power is also disturb. On a very serious note we want to inform you that our electricity bill are exceeding too much as per our power consumption.
Please take a serious look into the matter because it is very hard to
Maintain excess amount of bill compared to our daily usage.

Daily in day on summer or in night light is gone... Any time in night light is gone
One big problem is the voltage fluctuation since 3yrs i was complaint for it many times but not satisfied.. Our electric je, power station and complain no.. Is in always in bsy tone...
They told that it all will be in good in march 2019 but the march gone it's june last but nothing is happened

Bihar is backed 20 years in terms of power cut
Post india power frequent power cut has been started. Earlier power cut was rare, now it is in worst situation.
Today since 1.30pm no power supply is there.
It's a challenge before sbpdcl to provide better services than earlier.. As india power.
Otherwise call n handover india power if sbpdcl is unable....

We are resident of kedar apartment, kun kun singh lane bhikhna pahari patna -6. Since 22.06 19, we r facing senior power fluctuation in all three phase, some time high 300 then within a minutes down to 140 and due to it water crisis happened and our stabilizer as well as freeze burnt. On daily basis calling to nearest electricity office on [protected] but did not solved it.
Kindly do the needful on urgent basis.

This is regarding frequent power cuts and low voltage issue at my village tiwary chak under naubatpur block, patna. Verbal complaints has been done many times to local authorities including je/sdo of naubatpur but no actions have been taken so far. They have even stopped picking phone calls when i try to take updates on the complaints.
Thats why i am writing this formal complaints and expecting the earliest action...

It is almost 19 months since I took connection but yet no meter provided by the board. I have reminded several time in the office but no one turned up...

For almost 6 months, my house is closed and there is no usage of electricity but then also the amount in the electricity bill is high. I dont know what's going on. I have complaint at the office but no action is taken. So i request you to do it asap!!

In my area we have one distributing transformer and approx more than 1500 connection are there from the same we always faces a problem of low voltage as much a fridge can't work and about electric motor used to pump water has not been used since more than a month. Many complaints have been raised but nothing done by sub division-warisaling. And the other problem is that whenever there is rainfall electric supply is cut off and after 1-2 hours...

Already register a complain for electricity theft in my flat ..a local electrician was able to verify the theft doen from flat no 306.after we shut down the MCB ...the meter is still running .a unit of 1500 unit is being charged from me...I would not pay the bill...my complain no-1395918
