It is almost 19 months since I took connection but yet no meter provided by the board. I have reminded several time in the office but no one turned up yet.

For almost 6 months, my house is closed and there is no usage of electricity but then also the amount in the electricity bill is high. I dont know what's going on. I have complaint at the office but no action is taken. So i request you to do it asap!!

In my area we have one distributing transformer and approx more than 1500 connection are there from the same we always faces a problem of low voltage as much a fridge can't work and about electric motor used to pump water has not been used since more than a month. Many complaints have been raised but nothing done by sub division-warisaling. And the other problem is that whenever there is rainfall electric supply is cut off and after 1-2 hours it is back . please do something

Already register a complain for electricity theft in my flat ..a local electrician was able to verify the theft doen from flat no 306.after we shut down the MCB ...the meter is still running .a unit of 1500 unit is being charged from me...I would not pay the bill...my complain no-1395918

apprpx 1300 unit ...on 21 June it is 13456 in just 3 days.

when I called PESU they denied to check my online complain and said write letter and submit in the office then we will see the issue.
No assistance from anyone .

In ram dayal enclave. Block _a.Rk puram. Khagaul road. Patna 801503. Some resident in flats using unfair mensa to theft electricity. Also many using more than applied load. On paper connection was cut. But actually there is no powercut. Transformer can spoil any time. Pls resolve as early as possible. Yet no action taken by electricity department.p

There is a severe Voltage issue in the Locality of SIKANDERPUR, VIDHYAPURAM COLOY, NEAR PANI TANKI (PO MIRJANHAT), BHAGALPUR, PIN CODE 812005, There is a very crtical situation of electicity as there is fluctuation of current in the second and also there is low volatge prblm in both phase.The home appliance like Fridge TV pumps doesnot work in low voltage hence we are facing the severe prblm in this summer without water and Electricity .
So please slove the prblm and take necessary step to cope with the prblm.

I have been complaining since april but the voltage problem has not been resolved..i have given 2000 first time to electic keeper(mistri) then 200 then 500 then they asked to change the wire ...and it cost rs. 3000 and then again the problem not resolved
I dont know why i m facing this all isssues after paying high electricity bill...i

Yesterday I was shocked to receive electricity bill for Rs 29937. In this connection my neighbour Sri Suman Kumar told me that meter reader was telling that bill has been erroneously issued which will only be corrected by higher authority. Please look into it & rectify it. I have to mention that I am a retired personal and usually leave away from Patna. I am also away from 10th of this month and will return on 12th July.

According to project power cable layout, power cable layout in village completed since Mar 19, but connection haven't given from junction box for consumer. There is big time delay of about 3 month. The contractor name is CD SAE.request for informed to the contractor for completed his work.

In Takiya Area, Sasaram (821113), Rohtas district, Bihar electricity power is always high and no one work on our complaint, so that's why I complaint here. In bihar voltage standard is 220 to 240 Volts, alternating at 50 cycles per second but in Sasaram maximum time Voltage is 280 to 300, so that's not a good sine to work like this. And no one guaranteed our home appliances when over voltage damaged our product. And I pay my electricity bill on time so I expect that 'SBPDCL' provide me a standard voltage.

Sir, ham bill pay karne ke liye sunday 16.06.19 ko Patliputra, pani tanki devision Patna 13 main gaye the wahan ATP machin khula to tha magar koi paisa lene wala nahin tha aur ham apne jama karne ka prayas kiye lakin nahin ho paya. Aisha har sunday ko hota hai. Aap sir se nivedan hai ki paisa jama karne ka uchit prabandh kiya jaye taki grahak ko parishani na ho.

We are the residence of baignabad bihar Sharif. We are fully irritating this kind of electricity. We pay electric bills on time but we are not satisfied with your service. Approx 15 to 20 time electricity is cutting daily. This area is dense with students they preparing for govt jobs. How can they survive. Today voltage is also very low. Plz do something in our favour.

I live in Jawaripur, Tilkamanjhi. We are facing a lot of problem regarding the ELECTRICITY. This is the 3rd time in 2 MONTHS that they have cut electricity supply without even informing us. And it's been 2 days since we don't have electricity and it's painful.This is not at all ACCEPTABLE, when they have to redeem there money for giving electricity supply they are on time however when it comes to inform the people that they are going to cut the power, they are no where. They don't even entertain the calls.
I'm concerned, what kind of smart city we are living in when they can't even afford to supply the electricity for even 18hrs. We have 2 months baby who could not sleep and kept crying the whole night. Even if they are not supping the power the whole day for any repairing at least they can supply the power at NIGHT. And I don't understand why they have to repair the wires when it is already summers, why can't they do it when it's winter, when we usually do not require electricity. And if you say that this is because of the usage of AC, we have NTPC so near to us why can't we install wires which can take the load of AC because as everyone is already aware it's too hot outside and you can't expect us to switch off the AC and live with only fan. I really don't know if it's gonna EFFECT the ELECTRICITY OFFICE or the GOVERNMENT but I need this to be in action if we want to live in a smart city.

In this summer season we are dealing with severe fluctuations in voltage, we unable to get desired voltage in our home that we can’t even use our fans/cooler properly sometimes the fan works at the speed of handfan, Water motor is also not working due to voltage problem.
We went to the SBPDCL which is situated in “laldarwaja” and talked to the staffs but no action is taken, JE was also not there to make any decision.
We are suffering a lot in this hot summer it is affecting our daily life.

My UPI transaction ID is[protected] and google transaction ID is CICAgKCqt6K7ZA. After, 24 hrs also the payment is not reflected in my account but the payment status is successful. Please resolve my issue.
