There is long breakdown happening at Yaduvnsh Path, Wholesale Gali, Boring Road, Patna -1 every night since last four days between 11 pm to 3 am. Pesh helpline remain always busy as they hang the phone to avoid complain. After reaching pesu at midnight, the say that transformer is getting overheated and current will be restore within half an hour which never happens. We are facing hard time. Please help.....

I have been complaining since april but the voltage problem has not been resolved..i have given 2000 first time to electic keeper(mistri) then 200 then 500 then they asked to change the wire ...and it cost rs. 3000 and then again the problem not resolved

Yesterday I was shocked to receive electricity bill for Rs 29937. In this connection my neighbour Sri Suman Kumar told me that meter reader was telling that bill has been erroneously issued which will only be corrected by higher authority. Please look into it & rectify it. I have to mention that I am a retired personal and usually leave away from Patna. I am also away from 10th of this month and will return on 12th July....

According to project power cable layout, power cable layout in village completed since Mar 19, but connection haven't given from junction box for consumer. There is big time delay of about 3 month. The contractor name is CD SAE.request for informed to the contractor for completed his work....

In Takiya Area, Sasaram (821113), Rohtas district, Bihar electricity power is always high and no one work on our complaint, so that's why I complaint here. In bihar voltage standard is 220 to 240 Volts, alternating at 50 cycles per second but in Sasaram maximum time Voltage is 280 to 300, so that's not a good sine to work like this. And no one guaranteed our home appliances when over voltage damaged our product. And I pay my electricity bill...

We are the residence of baignabad bihar Sharif. We are fully irritating this kind of electricity. We pay electric bills on time but we are not satisfied with your service. Approx 15 to 20 time electricity is cutting daily. This area is dense with students they preparing for govt jobs. How can they survive. Today voltage is also very low. Plz do something in our favour.
