Dear sir,
With regards and respect.
My cno is [protected], gaya bihar. I have received electricity bill 27/10/2018 with 7107 unit consumption (Sum of inr 50292).
Last bill i deposited 11291 on 03/07/2018 with lots of dispute between me and india power.
After deposit this money south bihar takeover india power overnight and i did not received any bill till 26/10/2018.
On 09/08/2018 my electric meter got fire and off, i given written application to electricity department to check the meter. On 1st nov 2018 south bihar fixed my new meter.
During these tenure they generated a very big amount. During this tenure my son got paralyzed and no one used aircon even we spend one month approx at delhi for treatment, from 9 sep 2018 to 20 oct 2018, we all people were engaged for marriage ceremony at bhagalpur.
New bill i received on 23 nov 2018 with 1479 unit but my meter showing only 256 unit on that time.
Kindly do the needful. I am unable to pay. I am retired prof and i m 69 years old. Here in electricity department all people are playing with me and harassing too much. No resolution only headech. As per my assumptions my electricity unit during that tenure will not be more than 700 units. Please give order for verification. I don't wanted to became defaulter for this.

    With respect, i'd like to convey that our power wire got broken last night from the pole at about 11:30 pm. We lodged a complaint about it this morning after checking. We got affirmation for it to be resolved. But after multiple calls and getting problem resolving promises from the electrician responsible. We're still in the dark. Kindly fix this problem as soon as possible. Wire got broken in don bosco road, digha ghat, patna.

        [protected] is my consumer no. My meter is giving excessive reading. It showed consumption of 2 kwh in 1 hour even when all the appliances were switched off. Last month we got bill of more than 4000 rs even when only 2 people live in my house and we don't even have ac. Our last reading in the bill was 3475 measured on 19.11.2018 and today that is 23.11.2018 morning it read 3551 kwh. Kindly rectify our meter.

          I am sr. Citizen and bill charged in last month i. E. Nov., 2018 is not correct. The same may be verified with my previous record of consumption. That's why bill was not paid in last month and someone was requested to look into the matter but it is still not resolved. I am unable to attend your office for rectify the mistake committed in your last bill.
          I request you to please give attention of my grievance and do needful at the earliest so that i may be able to deposit corrected bill up to the last date of 06.12.2018 including current bill.

            Description: we have two separate meters with two different names in our house.in the month of march, 2018, meter reader recorded reading of one meter [ca number:[protected], subhita kumari] and uploaded it on second meter [ ca number:[protected], kumari reeta sinha] by mistake. As a result of this, electricity bill amount of second meter increased above rs. 9, 000.

            Desirable resolution: i request you to update the meter reading of second meter so that we do not have to pay unfair amount in the bill. I will be highly grateful to you.

                Sir/madam,
                We humbly want to say that we are villager of
                Village - chainpur,
                Panchayat - kurwama,
                Block-konch,
                Dist-gaya, bihar.
                In village chainpur, there is hurdles of irrigation due to not distribution network/service line of electricity in agriculture land. We had taken a loan to establishment of tube well for irrigation purpose. There has been no availability of electricity from more than two years near our tube well/cabin.
                So we have been requested many times to appropriate/responsible officer (Authority-rec/berc, a. E. E-tekari, e. E. E-gaya.) for private tube well electric connection and electrification to the tube well/cabin from long time (Around one year). Despite repeated request, responsible authority has not helped us yet. Our crop is parching without water. Many farmers of panchayat-kurwama or many panchayat, block-konch, dist-gaya, bihar want to private tube well electric connection and electrification to the their cabin/tube well instantaneously. We have lodged complain regarding this matter which complaint no is [protected] on 26/10/2018, www.sbpdcl.co.in.

                *there are affected thousand farmers of block-konch, dist-gaya, bihar due to not availability of sources of irrigation and power, and despite after a long duration, not completion o[censored]ttar koyal reservoier project which started in 1970 for irrigation.

                Please attention, many farmers of block-konch, dist-gaya, bihar have need to private tube well electric connection for irrigation purpose and some farmers also use electricity for tube well in unauthorized way. Therefore, there is being loss of revenue in lakh of well-reputed power agency-sbpdcl due to not inspection by appropriate officer. If give private tube well electric connection to all these farmers, then loss of revenue will zero. We do not want to do loss of revenue.

                  But last month september bills shows of reading mf:2.4 kw which is not up to the mark because of this an extra amount of 720 rs added in my bill. I have already complained regarding this but there is no reaction from your concerned authority.                     2. I have already been paid my bill upto apr 2018. My average consumption of is 39 to 100 (Lk. A) per month and billing amount was 250 to 350/- per month. My meter was stopped on 15 may 2018. Immediately i was complained to your gidha, (Arrah) office for replacement of out meter on writing, but the same has change during 1st week of july 2018.

                    3. During jun 2018 i was received my energy bill for consumption of 2086 (Ok. N) and amounting to rs.3296/-. I have not increased any electricity items since last 2 to 3 years to till date. Only light and one 1 fan has used in my house and we are only 2 to 3 person only living in my house. I was immediately complained on 03 july 2018 with written at your gidha office, but no action has been taken by your office. After that i was again requested to revenue officer, arrah (Bihar) to look matter and issue amended/ revised bill vide our application dated 24 sep 2018. Till date i have not received any revised bill and any information regarding my bill.

                    4. You are requested to kindly look matted personnel and issued revised bill so that i will pay my actual consumption bill amount at the earliest.

                        Sir, this is ranjeet kumar ram from birampur village of bhojpur district, there is no wiring is done by the electric department in the dalit tola behind the high school, some showed some courage and asked for financial support from every house of this tola and collected some money and bought transformer but after that nobody came for do the wiring. So that at last people of this tola done the single wire wiring that's why very poor voltage condition. Only a bulb can be used.. We can not use fan, motor fridge.. Etc..

                          Sir i'm from birampur village behind the high school dalit tola.. There is no proper wiring only a single wiring is done by the boys of this tola by putting their life in danger bcz nobody was coming from electric office to do the wiring bcz of dalit tola.. There is only a single wiring is done this results very bad voltage condition only a light can be lighten we can not use fan, iron t. V, etc bcz o[censored]nproper voltage every time up and down of voltage is happening

                                After paying 2 times for same month, again it is displaying bill for same month. Also it is generating recent paid bill on the website but when you will go to pay bill, it will show same bill again. Please take a look at all the receipt screenshot.

                                Please help soon. They are collecting interest. My dad went to their office in gaya also but they are not helping.

                                I paid on line on15/10/18 power bill of rs6768 for which I got receipt /acknowledgement. Details are. Txn paxg[protected]. Txn I'd sb[protected]. Txn date 15/10/18. But still I am getting reminders to pay the amount. Please look into the matter and fix it.

                                      I, sunil kumar mishra, consumer no.[protected] from ayer, jagdishpur, bhojpur, received september month bill for rs.3110.67 after complaint. Which is so much from average. I was paying average bill payment up to february 2018 as per your company policy. After 7 month first bill received for so much amount. I am a farmer and not able to pay this type of bill.
                                      So, i would like to request you that please provide average bill upto current month.
                                      So that i can clear your payment on time.
                                      After that you can send your bill properly.

                                      South Bihar Power Distribution Company [SBPDCL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      My CA no is[protected] located at Rajeev Nagar, road no 24. On[protected] Meter reader recorded 37724 where as reading is 33724. So4000 units wrongly charged. Pl give me correct bill as per present reading, so that I could deposit the bill amount within the time as mentioned in the bill.
