Dear sir mai surendra muni singh village sonsa post sihin thana hisua dirstick nawada mere ghar me 04/11/2016 ko mitar issu huaa aur 05 /07/2017 ko bil aaya 531rupess humne paid kiya uske baad se 9 month ho gaya aur avi tak bill nahi aaya hai sir too mai aapse nivedan hai ki mera power bill month by month vhejne ki kosis kare nahi to hum garib log kaha se de payege sir mera consumer id [protected]...

From last one month there is a continuous problem coming in the reading of the metre. Last month also your employee has given the monthly bill on the basis of average. It is an earnest request from my side to please send someone from the office and change the electric metre. The metre is only showing ue2341 and not taking any reading. Please take a action as fast as it may be possible by your side....

Yesterday mistry come to repair breaking main supply wire. After repairing the main supply wire he disrupt the supply wire of my house from pole. Result no power to my house from pole. He is habitual to break my supply wire whenever he come to repair in the pole.
Now without repairing the house supply a sms reached today the complained is resolved. Please inquired, is my complained resolved?
Please do the needful action to restore...

I received jan 2018 bill high that i never get usually. It happens once in a year. Its not good to see, please improve your services. So i want to get it fixed please. Electricity Meter Reader is not coming to our residence to record the latest consumption to generate the electricity bill.This is not happening with our neighbor but only us.We have to manually note down the meter reading and go to nearest electricity department JEE-Gardanibagh to get the bill generated and

Dear sir/madam,

The amount (Rs.5673) raised in the bill is not justified since we are not staying at home since july 2016 at my home town baniadih. Although, the meter reading is also zero after cutting the wire connection by your electrician since more then 12 months.
Kindly, observe the same and do the needful for very poor person, so that we can pay the bill as early as possible in this month.
