South bihar power distribution company [sbpdcl] — amount deducted from bank but payment failed at sbpdcl

I have recently paid my electric bill on https://sbpdcl.co.in. the amount has deducted from my account but the transaction shown failed.

Further i have paid again after few days to get my due clear.

Request you to please help me to refund my earlier amount. Please find the attached screen shot for reference.

      From last one month there is a continuous problem coming in the reading of the metre. Last month also your employee has given the monthly bill on the basis of average. It is an earnest request from my side to please send someone from the office and change the electric metre. The metre is only showing ue2341 and not taking any reading. Please take a action as fast as it may be possible by your side.

        Yesterday mistry come to repair breaking main supply wire. After repairing the main supply wire he disrupt the supply wire of my house from pole. Result no power to my house from pole. He is habitual to break my supply wire whenever he come to repair in the pole.
        Now without repairing the house supply a sms reached today the complained is resolved. Please inquired, is my complained resolved?
        Please do the needful action to restore my supply.

          Dear sbpdc customer complain team,

          My consumer no is [protected] which is under warisaliganj supply division, village raies, pakribarawan.
          This is to bring to your notice that the bills are being generated without taking any meter reading, which is irregular also (From last 9 months i had not received any bill due to delay i opted online status checking and had paid the pendings without knowing what is the calculation for such huge bills.

          Again today i had checked the current pendency and was socked to know that amt-8503.00 is the bill amt.
          The online bill clearly states that-
          Last reading and current reading are same which shows it's generated without meter reading.
          No one is coming for meter reading as well from last three years.

          Plz take it on priority and kindly regularise it.

            महाशय,
            सविनय निवेदन यह है कि मैं sumitra devi, CA[protected], मीटर रीडिंग करने आता पर जैसे तैसे रीडिंग कर के बिल दे देते है। कभी - कभी तो ऐसा होता है कि बिना मीटर cheak किये बिना ही बिल दे देता है, हमारे मुहल्ले में bhrat ji के नाम से एक बिजली कर्मचारी मीटर रीडिंग करने आता है, ये bhrat ji ही जैसे - तैसे रीडिंग कर के बिल दे देता है । 11 नवंबर 2017 को जो बिल आया था जो 1427 रुपए का था!
            इसके बाद जो 15 दिसंबर 2017 का जो बिल आया है उसमें 32, 195. 64 का आया है| सर जो Rs1427 का बिल जो पिछले महीने आया था उसे मैंने जमा कर दिया है, अतः सर से निवेदन है कि मेरा हाई इलेक्ट्रिसिटी बिल में सुधार करें ताकि मैं आगे का बिजली बिल जमा कर सकूं, पिछले 2 महीने से इसी कारण से मैं अपना बिल जमा नहीं कर पा रहा हूं? कितनी बार मैं fatuha बिजली ऑफिस में जा कर सभी पेपर के साथ complain किया ही, SDO sir
            se bhi mila लेकिन कोई response नही लिया गया है। जब सारे कागजातों को fatuha बिजली ऑफिस में पेश करने के बाद भी कोई समाधान नही हुआ इन्ही सारे परेशानियों को झेल कर तब मैं online complain करने का निर्णय लिया हुँ। sir मैं बहुत परेशान हूं!
            अतः श्रीमान से मेरा निवेदन है कि मेरी इस सभी समस्याओं का निदान कर यश का भागी बने। मैं इसके लिए मै सदा आपकी आभारी रहूंगी।

              Respected Sir / Madam,

              With due respect I Tankir Ahmad, son of Jamal Ahmad, lived in Sonsihari, Nawada .a customer of your renowned electricity company private limited. My consumer Id is -[protected]. Account no.is - NAWNWR10576 and the bill No[protected]. It was all good before a few months but in the month of January it was astonishing for me by seeing the bill of the current month which is a sum of rupees Rs-5821. I am not satisfied with this bill as for the last few months in the month of November and December my total unit was 25 and 135( Ok, N) . But in the month of January it was drastic change upto1627( Ok, N). I haven't consumed so much electricity as we don't have so much electronic equipment in our house apart from few lights and tubelight. I think so there must be some fault in the meter or something else .

              Kindly I request you to see my problems and have an inspection against this . Being a poorer I can't afford to pay that much amount which I haven't used . If you have any queries against this please contact me. My phone number is-[protected]

                    Sir, sbpcdl, bill collection counter at nagar panchayat office hisua, distt. Nawada. Working hours is not displayed. On 8th feb 2018 at 1 p. M on duty counter clerk awadhesh kumar singh misbehaved with me, when asked about his working hours. And stated you are no body to ask this question and also threatend me for evil consiquences.                                     Sir, after take over of the electricity supply from bedcpl, only once, at the time of the first month of takeover, the meter reader paid his esteemed visit to every house hold for taking meter reading. Then after, from december 2017 onwards, virtual bill is being presented stating that house was found locked, whereas we are always present in the house and no body did bother to visit the house to take meter reading. During the regime of bedcpl, in every month the meter reader used to visit the house, call us and take the meter reading with submission of spot bill. Now when the government has entered in the arena again, which was but natural due to the unwarranted idiocies of bedcpl, the old regime has come and virtual billing has started. I request you to please look into the issue or permit the consumer to enter the actual meter reading in the system, generate the bill and pay the bill regularly by providing the full calculation sheet on line. This will be a better service to the consumers. Your meter reader/ supervisor can check up any time to verify the accuracy. Now it is upto you to decide and save us from making payment of exorbitant amount on account of arrears.

                                      We have raised multiple complain regarding this on www.sbpdcl.co.in for ex complain # [protected], [protected] but they change the status to resolve without proper resolution and justification.

                                      Also for complain # [protected] we reopened it thrice and they close it within couple of minutes without any action.
                                      South Bihar Power Distribution Company [SBPDCL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
