    Respected Sir,
    With due respect it is submitted that I Manju Devi resident of Kabai road, Lakhisarai had applied for a new electricity connection as on 23/09/2016. I had submitted all the required fees on account of this. My consumer Account number is[protected].Sir, neither i have not been provided with any meter nor has it been installed till date at my house.
    After some days, due to some health problem I went to Delhi for my medical treatment, where my son residing. Later on I came back to Lakhisarai and came to know that billing has been started on average basis.

    Now due to some personnel reasons I had given application to local official for disconnection. I have deposited all the dues but my application has been rejected on the ground of non-submission of meter. How can I deposit the meter which have been neither provided to me nor installed at my house?

    Sir, I am old aged lady having heart problem also, wandering here and there for disconnection. Requesting you to look into the issue soon and give necessary direction to concerned person/Authority.

    I m also frustrating with currupt bihar electricity board.
    Smart metre no LT 0687890 was installed against CA[protected]SBPDCL) but this metre is showing and activated with another consumer having CA[protected] .No message for activation came on my mobile then how can I recharge.one day my line was disconnected without any default on my side.After contacting concerned officer line was connected and assured that metre will be replaced within 2 days . Installation date 17/06/22 . Till now line is connected.Due to fault of company customer suffering.Great improvement is needed for good service to consumer.

          I used to pay my electricity bill though paytm timely. Now I am fetching problem, when I try to pay bill it shows please enter valid customer id and also on South bihar power official website, it shows does not belong customer id in banka. My customer id is 4700/EG/KJ/11.

                  Sir, I am using the electricity of company south Bihar Power distribution limited. My consumer id is - AW22154. I am regularly paying the bill since the time I had the connection of this company without any issue. I had already paid the bill till 29 December 2015, without any issue. But the company had given me the bill of rupess 45, 437 for the time period of 29 januray 2016 to 29 march 2016 which is totally wrong. I had already filed the complaint against it to the electricity board, DM, SP of my district Arwal for the three times in each of the mentioned departments.
                  But no action has been taken till date. So please help me.

                      Let me regret to inform u that we had a new connection of electric supply last year september 2015 in Jai mahavir colony, bhadurpur, mahendru . since last year no one meter reader is coming to take out the reading. For last one year we are going to nearest electricity office Kumhrar to log this complain and giving all documents and route number more than three times. Every time they are promising we will look into this matter . but ate the end of month meter reader coming to the nearest house but they said your name is not available in the system. We complained many many times...my account no-586697.

My average bill is too low in this summer season average bill is around rs.1500/- to rs.1800/-. Since last 10 years this much high amount electricity bill has never received by me, whereas my electricity consumption is same.
                            Therefore, you are, requested to look into the matter as earliest.

                              Let me regret to inform u that we had a new connection of electric supply last year may 2015 in Alamganj loharwa ghat near mandir and transformer . since last year no one meter reader is coming to take out the reading. For last one year we are going to nearest electricity office Kumhrar to log this complain and giving all documents and route number more than three times. Every time they are promising we will look into this matter . but ate the end of month meter reader coming to the nearest house but they said your name is not available in the system. We complained many many times . unfortunately 2 or 3 times they took out the bill manually . may be they are not putting the route number propely. For last 1 year me and my father going to log the complain but there is no use. Three days before I found meter reader and called them but not giving response. They are very lazy. I request u sir pls look into this matter & take the necessary steps.

                                I Shailesh kumar singh, consumer ac no[protected],
                                legacy no[protected],
                                is a consumer of south bihar power distribution company ltd, my bill(bill no-no[protected]) in which arrears of previous bill for rs.1513.9 is shown, while consulting & talking about that the said amount is already paid. The receiving officer signed on the bill & said to pay the amount 1134(only for the current month) which i subsequently paid.
                                Again bill for the month of jan-2016(bill no-[protected]) comes in which the arrears of 1525.55 was shown. When i again consulted the concerned authority, they said as there was a problem in their kiosk, so they have not updated this & said to pay entire amount along with arrears (rs 3461), which i had not have at that time .Also in that case they do not issue bill if advance amount is shown in there system.
                                Therefore, i have not paid that amount, after consulting several times i was only orally assured that it will be corrected.But nothing happened.
                                It is company's regular practice to harass consumer, sir i am govt employee & aged also. I can not afford regular visit of office, three months ago they have provided 3 months bill altogether saying that there was a problem in their site for why they were unable to generate bill for three months.
                                Is this the way for business, kindly help me in this regard.

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  This is to bring to your kind notice that I Md Kalim Khan is a resident of khan colony, Ansar Nagar, Nawada-805110. I own a land near ERAQUE SCHOOL, which I got constructed recently in 2004, but my home is 20 years old. Due to non-occupancy in the house we didn’t had any electric connection nor do I have any local documental proof as I along with my family stays in Howrah, west Bengal. There were some people use to stay in my house as a tenant for the lookout of the place and maintenance.
                                  As my son has ID proof of Jharkhand so he applied for electric connection in the 24th Dec 2014 and that application was accepted after scrutiny of my past record in electricity department. After that I went to electricity depart for enquiry of the application and its further proceedings in last week of Dec 2015.
                                  Mr. Ajay ([protected]), a local representative came to my house and informed me that the holding has due amount of Rs 263677/ which need to be paid before new meter connection. A connection which I have never applied for. I asked Mr. Ajay to kindly give me the details who have applied for the meter so that I may scrutinize and investigate the matter but no response. I went to the electric office on date: 11th Feb 2016 where the officer on duty misbehaved and did not cooperated in the investigation of the application. Then I wanted to know about the details of the billing period and from when the amount is due and has been accumulated. That too was not given me completely and at the same time I was threatened that FIR has been lodged against the recovery of the amount.
                                  Hence I have to pay the remaining amount in order to get things right first and then thought of fighting back. Now after clearance of LD, I am asked to apply for a new meter connection with application fee of Rs 800.
                                  Also I would like to mention if the authority has disconnected my so called meter than who has signed for acceptance? Where is the notice send to me or the applicant?
                                  Now I want to know few things from the SB electricity department in which local authority is not helping:
                                  1. My application on which I have been using the consumer no.: 63III/NA20855 and account number NWT6630, I mean I need to find who has applied on my behalf.
                                  2. My meter details from the amount is pending (I got that it after lot of turmoil but that is incomplete, as it is showing due accumulation of 13000 till 2011, which I need the details.
                                  3. My sons/current application status, which has been rejected as informed verbally
                                  Hope to get cooperation in this case. Please help in this regard as soon as possible.

My Consumer ID is[protected] while taking the meter reading this month, meter reader said that previous meter reading has been recorded wrongly and one digit is left.so meter bill increased up to Rs. 1, 99, 000 + .He assured to correct and send it . No Correct bill is received so far. nor it is shown in "View & Pay your Bill" I have paid Rs.2255/-,...

                                    I had made payment to sbpdcl against my bill number[protected] amounting Rs. 1659 on[protected] but did not get any payment receipt and confirmation massage due to system hanged but amount 1659 deducted from my account number so i thought that same amount will be reversed and i did another payment for the same bill number which successfully done receipt no.:[protected]. On next day i got a message that amount of Rs. 1659 has been received against bill no.[protected] on[protected] vide receipt number:[protected]. in this way i had made double payment for the same bill, instantly i made call to spdcl customer care and he said i will be not refunded and hang up the call. Now i want refund of one transaction, details are below Bill no.:[protected] receipt no.:[protected] as on[protected] receipt no.:[protected] as on[protected] mode of payment: internet banking(idbi) area - new capital address - vashnav villa appartment siddarth nagar jagdeo path bailey road Patna -800014(bihar)

                                      please reconcile the electric bills of may and june_2015. the house is locked and i am away since about more than two months. the bill for May-15 was Rs.90/ only as an fixed charges the June_15 bill was not under stood. please reconcile and float the corrected bill to avoid any default on my side. regards a k verma 02.07.2015 my e-mail ID [protected]@yahoo.co.in A/C no.[protected]

                                      South Bihar Power Distribution Company [SBPDCL] — Fast meter reading/wrong electric bill

                                      In duration of six month the consmption of electric should be approx 600 unit but company has charged 2003 unit which is totally wrong.department hasn't taken no action after complain.
