With due respect it is submitted that I Manju Devi resident of Kabai road, Lakhisarai had applied for a new electricity connection as on 23/09/2016. I had submitted all the required fees on account of this. Dear sir
I used to pay my electricity bill though paytm timely. Now I am fetching problem, when I try to pay bill it shows please enter valid customer id and also on South bihar power official website, it shows does not belong customer id in banka. My customer id is 4700/EG/KJ/11.
Plzz fix it as soon as possible so I would be able to pay it.
