    Dear Sir/madam
    I am your consumer no.[protected] vill- Amdaha po- tetrawan dist-Nalanda. Sir I was house was locked from 22 july till now and no any type of electric equipment was running but I found electric bill of 99 units of consumption. How it is possible ?

        Dear Sir

        This application is to inform you that I have regular disconnection of electricity from pole. It happens once in every month. Each time I complain to the JE and this gets sorted out after a long waiting period. Every time I request the mechanic to loom into this and fix the problem properly. But there is no respite.

        Please look into this on priority basis.

          I have been complainig so many times regarding voltage down upto 110 volt and regular voltage fluctuation (between 110-180), but still after so many compalin it is not done and not resolved till time and date.
          My area is mohalla mahalpar, ward no. 33, near masjid, and mobile tower, p.o biharsharif, district nalanda, pin-803101.

            We are being charged for late payment of our electricity bill even when it's a fault from the company side.As we all know that your website for bill payment wasn't functional for past 23 days then why are we responsible for late payment.kindly address the issue and adjust the extra amount charged in next bill.

              Power supply Disturbed from night 11 pm to 5 pm for too many days.There is no rain or wind. No one has care about this.I make complaint at 1912, but no redressal.
              We are very disappointed for this.

                From 11 pm, there is no light I complaint about this. I am staying 300 meters far from power house, Gandhi maidan gaya. I called many times but CC agent saying it cannot be done. I am doing WFH, I got warning letter from office because this is third time in Last 20 days. If there is no resolution why did you opened 247 customer service. Just for note down the service. I wish ki India Power rahta to ye noubat kabhi na aata. They are giving resolution like Domino's, within 30 minutes, you will get the solution day or night doesn't matter.

                  I have applied for new electricity connection on 22nd May 2021 but I haven't gotten one till now. I have also followed up with the JE regularly but to no avail. I have only received very casual answers like "Ho jaega" and "dekhte hain" and that's it. Can the matter be taken care of on urgent basis? My application no. is [protected].

                          My smart electricity meter is malfunctioning and creating excessive bill without real electricity consumption. Due to this i have already paid excessive bill amount in previous months. So please rectify my smart meter and adjust my previous excessive paid bill amount.

                                  I had applied for a domestic connection single phase request no. [protected] on[protected].
                                  Since then i have enquired several about the connection. They replied that every thing is okay but you have to come to the office and meet office bearer. Everytime they are asking me to come to the office, why, everybody knows.
                                  On other hand in the same building another connection applied three months after this application and they have given connection to it, but not me, why?
                                  Kindly look into the matter and inform me.

                                        Generally i submitted my bill at time.my consumer no is[protected], Name-Atisundari devi.last bills are Rs 91, rs 122, Rs 100 i.e already paid .in the month of may bill is increased by 6% without any usage of extra appliances...so, i request u to check meter or bill .so that i can pay my bill at time ..
