But meter has not been installed yet. So your are requested to help me to over come from such situation. i hope you understand my situation.

Sir, I have Applied 3 Phase meter through online dated 6/6/2021.and all document has verified by IT team and house verification has completed.
my constipation id is [protected].But I am following to SDO (Munger) and regular call to SDO Sir, ( Mb- [protected]), But 2 month has passed. But Meter did not provide in my premises. So i am requesting you to please look into this matter.

Recharged my smart meter online with Rs1000/-, through bihar bijli smart meter app. Amount got debited from the account but not added in the recharge balance. The transaction was done at 9:38pm on 4th September 2021. Unable to contact any customer support

Almost 1 month has passed since this request, still no progress has been made in this work. Therefore, it is a humble request to you to kindly give new connections as soon as possible. Myself Ram babu das resident of noon ka chouraha near little heart school patna city. My electric connection become loose at the end of electric pole due to which electric comes in and out several times and this damage also my several electric appliances. So please send a staff to fix it.

उपयुक्त विषय के संबंध मे निवेदन करना है कि मेरे विरुद्ध उक्त FIR राजेंद्रनगर power sub station के Asstt electrical engineer, पटना 800016 के द्वारा दिनांक 25. 08.2021किया गया है। इस fir में जो connected लोड का details दिखाया गया है वो काफी गलत है।इसमें 3 एसी, 2 मोटर, 30 fan, 25 led, 15 tube light और 5 computer लिखा गया है जो की सरासर गलत बिना चेक किए मनमाने धन ढंग से दर्शाया है।
यह एक साधारण सा एरिया में बना हुआ study centre (library)है जहां पर student बैठकर खुद से ही बिना teacher के internet से wi fi के द्वारा ऑनलाइन पढ़ाई करतें है।इसमें बिजली सप्लाई का जो मीटर लगा हुआ है(जो की विभाग द्वारा उखाड़ा गया) उस पर सिर्फ 3 ac, 6 fan, 4 led, 8 tubelight का ही लोड था।इससे न तो कोई मोटर और ना ही कोई एक भी कंप्यूटर का लोड था क्योंकि पानी का मोटर नीचे लगे अलग मीटर से है और सेंटर में एक भी computer नहीं है।इसकी जांच कभी भी की जा सकती। इस तरह लोड को इतना दर्शाना सरासर ग़लत है।
पुनः इस मीटर के connection से study center (library) चलता है जो की मार्च 2020 से सरकार द्वारा lockdown की घोषणा के कारण अभी तक बंद ही है।सरकारी आदेशानुसार कोई भी कोचिंग या स्टडी सेंटर नहीं खोला जाना था इसलिए यह भी बंद ही था।इस बीच हर महीने जो भी बिजली बिल आता था उसे तय समय में जमा कर दिया गया है।फिर जब सरकारी आदेशानुसार बंद किए गए सेंटर पर इतना अधिक लोड दिखाकर फाइन करना कहीं से भी न्यायोचित नहीं है।
अत्येव आपसे अनुरोध है कि कृपया इसे अपने स्तर से जांच करते हुए हमारे साथ न्याय किया जाए।

Vinay kumar who is a manaw bal work in balgudar not work better in balgudar. he always demand rupees for any elictric work and no attension without bribe school`s line is cut a long day but he cannot attension we call him many time but he could not responce and student suffering from hot day

I have paid my previous electricity Bill No. [protected] for due date 07.08.2021 online on 26.07.2021 at 23:54:24 vide transaction ID WHD[protected] for my residential Consumer No.[protected] and receipt No. SBBD[protected] is been issued to me online for an amount of Rs 25604.00 paid by me.
After around one month the above amount is still showing unpaid against my connection / Consumer No. Need a rectification in bill at earliest or I have to pay Charges for being late.

I am your consumer no.[protected] vill- Amdaha po- tetrawan dist-Nalanda. Sir I was house was locked from 22 july till now and no any type of electric equipment was running but I found electric bill of 99 units of consumption. How it is possible ?

Plz solve this problem.
