Sir,
Generally i submitted my bill at time.my consumer no is[protected], Name-Atisundari devi.last bills are Rs 91, rs 122, Rs 100 i.e already paid .in the month of may bill is increased by 6% without any usage of extra appliances...so, i request u to check meter or bill .so that i can pay my bill at time ..

Instead of 6 % bill is increased 6 times...i e from 122 to 981 Rs

    Dear Developers,

    Kindly look into the matter on urgent basis.

    Bill is paid in advance on the counter for the prepaid meter but the app is still showing old data. I am getting sms for discontinuation of electricity.

      Electricity is disconnected from poll and RAMGATI electrician is demanding us ladder from consumer. If ladder is not given he left from there and told I am not responsible for solving the issue..

      What's this. We are paying electricity bill.

              I stay in Domuhan area of Bodh Gaya, Bihar. This has been happening for a month now. Everytime it rains there is disruption of electricity for hours, last week it was for more than 20 hours and again today it's been more than 7 hours. It was even a heavy shower. I have called the electricity department helpline atleast five times in last four hours and the only reply I got was it will take another 1 hour everytime which is ridiculous. It's not a favour on consumer. Please find a solution to this as soon as possible.

                Changing of old pole wire 440 v in my entire village

                        My name is Sudhanshu Kumar. I am from Patna, Bihar. My house is about to get destroyed by government due to some reasons...I have wrote an application to you for cutting off my electricity connection and remove the meter which have been accepted, I have got the receipt and even paid...but it's been one month and not a single action is taken...I've knocked on the door of electricity office a several times and every time they said that there is labourer available right now when they'll come we will send them to you...and still situation is the same, no one has came yet...
                        So please I kindly request you to cut off my electricity connection and remove my electric meter as soon as possible
