Dear Dell Support team,
This is worst experience I’ m having.
Every time I call at your customer care no I had to repeat the entire story of the problem I’m facing regarding this laptop to everyone. Which since you don’t maintain history/ log of the call made by your customer.
This is regarding the complaint against tag no 8LS3QV1, I’m unable to use my laptop from last 15 days. Still this case is not resolved even after replacement of below mentioned parts by your service engineer.
1.Motherboard ( 2 times)
2.Hard disk
3.DVD R/w
4. LED Display (3 times)
5. LED Cable ( 2 times )
I don't want to use this defective one anymore as this is opened many times and they messed up everything. I just want the laptop to be replaced.
I wasted almost 15days with the Dell support, I don't want to spend even a second discussing about the issue.
If this is the way you handled the issue of corporate customer then I have my doubt about the service you provide to home users.
NO SOULTION IS ACCEPTABLE TO ME OTHERTHAN REPLACEMENT OF THIS LAPTOP.
